Over a year ago, I gave them 5 stars, and after my most recent order, I'm happy to say they still deserve nothing less. From the moment I began ordering, Erin was so helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting a console table, vanity, and pouf. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier with the pieces I chose! The entire process was seamless. They kept me updated on the delivery status, and when the delivery team arrived, I was so impressed. The team was incredibly professional--taking off their shoes as soon as they entered my home and going the extra mile to ensure everything was handled with care. They even unpacked most of the boxes outside and laid down a blanket to protect my tile floors when bringing items inside. Before leaving, they carefully assembled each piece, asked me to review everything to ensure I was satisfied, and only took their own pictures once I'd signed off on the paperwork. I have asked Steve , the owner, to address the problem with the Italian manufacturer several times. To date, his UNACCOMODATING reply, is that I received what I ordered. Yes, I received the tabletop size that I ordered but I also received a product that doesn't function as designed. As I've described before ...the width of the base (and there is only one size manufactured to support the various choices of tabletops with no base dimensions listed on the 360 website) does not not allow for chairs/knees to be pulled up under the tabletop without banging into the base. See photos. We selected a tabletop size from the choices offered but had no choice when it came to the base size. We reasonably expected that a small chair would fit under the table without knocking into the table base but even a small folding chair does not fit. I am frustrated and annoyed that I purchased a $7000K extension table from Room 360 that does not function as intended and HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELPFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. Steve, please connect with the manufacturer re this situation and cc me in an email reiterating your progress. A wider and longer tabletop would be an acceptable way to correct the problem. If you are not willing to assist this customer then at least please give me the name, email and phone contact information of the manufacturer and I will connect us all via email to get the issue resolved.

Blair, Matt, Lauren, everybody in the store was incredibly friendly and more than willing to help us pick out the perfect piece for our home. I cant speak on the delivery option because I picked my merchandise up. But even when I picked my table and chairs up the guys were very helpful and loaded me right up. I'll definitely be back. Only issue is since this is a warehouse outlet you get exactly what you're seeing on the floor. Maybe a scratch or issue with merchandise so make sure you look at what you're buying.
