Another Fantastic Experience with Room 360! I had the pleasure of shopping with Room 360 again, and I just had to share my experience! Over a year ago, I gave them 5 stars, and after my most recent order, I'm happy to say they still deserve nothing less. From the moment I began ordering, Erin was so helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting a console table, vanity, and pouf. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier with the pieces I chose! The entire process was seamless. They kept me updated on the delivery status, and when the delivery team arrived, I was so impressed. The team was incredibly professional--taking off their shoes as soon as they entered my home and going the extra mile to ensure everything was handled with care. They even unpacked most of the boxes outside and laid down a blanket to protect my tile floors when bringing items inside. Before leaving, they carefully assembled each piece, asked me to review everything to ensure I was satisfied, and only took their own pictures once I'd signed off on the paperwork. I've worked with Room 360 several times now, and every experience has been a pleasure. They really go above and beyond in customer service and care. I'll absolutely be returning for future purchases. The table/base that I received is of POOR DESIGN and the manufacturer is at fault for producing this flawed product. I have asked Steve , the owner, to address the problem with the Italian manufacturer several times. To date, his UNACCOMODATING reply, is that I received what I ordered. Yes, I received the tabletop size that I ordered but I also received a product that doesn't function as designed. As I've described before ...the width of the base (and there is only one size manufactured to support the various choices of tabletops with no base dimensions listed on the 360 website) does not not allow for chairs/knees to be pulled up under the tabletop without banging into the base. See photos. We selected a tabletop size from the choices offered but had no choice when it came to the base size. We reasonably expected that a small chair would fit under the table without knocking into the table base but even a small folding chair does not fit. I am frustrated and annoyed that I purchased a $7000K extension table from Room 360 that does not function as intended and HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELPFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. Steve, please connect with the manufacturer re this situation and cc me in an email reiterating your progress. A wider and longer tabletop would be an acceptable way to correct the problem. If you are not willing to assist this customer then at least please give me the name, email and phone contact information of the manufacturer and I will connect us all via email to get the issue resolved. read more

I purchased a bed here when another online website went MIA on me and wouldn't respond to my phone calls or emails. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card because after 2 weeks of trying to reach the company, I couldn't get them to call or email me back regarding the status of my order and when it would be delivered. Things happen for a reason though. I ended up finding a bed that I liked much better through http://www.eroomservice.com. I called and had the pleasure of working with Erin. Somebody give this chick a raise... Seriously! She is awesome! She helped me choose my bed and I am soooo happy with it. It was delivered to me in less than a week. That other place had me roughing it with a mattress on the floor and no solid answer as to when my bed would be delivered even though they were quick to take my money. They literally took it and ran. However, Erin has been working extensively with me since my initial phone call. She has gone out of her way to help me find some furniture that I had liked from another furniture store. And when my bed arrived, low and behold, Erin called to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and to see how everything went. Great customer service! Thanks Erin! My husband and I ordered a custom dining room table and 6 custom chairs. Steve (the owner) help us with our selections. Although they were even more beautiful when they finally arrived from Italy, there was a structural problem with the table. The company who manufactured and designed the table isn't the easiest to admit fault but Steve got right on it, went to bat for us and set up a personal visit with the Northeast region's rep. Within a reasonable amount of time, we got word from Steve that he got a replacement approved for us and he again assisted us in a new table selection. Today we have the most beautiful dining room table and chairs and I couldn't ask for better customer service. Dealing with Room Service 360 was a pleasure! Can't wait for my next project! Absolutely the worst customer support ever. They sold us a defective product and were rude and completely uninterested in fixing the problem. Steve was incapable of addressing what the problem even was after he made me explain it to him far too many times. If you're interested in quality, a warranty (that can actually be made good on), or even average service: look elsewhere. I can't believe these people are still in business. Not once did they ever followup even after we clearly asked them to correct the problem. Still no response. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service you can imagine. We ordered our bed frame from RS360 in early July. Someone from RS360 told us that the bed frame would arrive in 3 weeks. After awhile, we called them asking for the progress (tracking # etc), and they said that it's in transit but it got damaged in the truck. Steve, the business owner, told us that we have to wait a month to get it (Aug 7th) from Italy and that Steve would send it to us the next day. We called him on the 6th to confirm, and Steve said that he would email us the tracking # in the morning of the 8th when he ships it. We had to call him again in the afternoon on the 8th, only to hear that the truck that delivers the furniture broke down and that it's delayed once again. when we were asking questions for more clarity, he got irritated and we ended up cancelling the order due to his lack of professionalism/customer support. When there are major updates, such as damage during transit, we shouldn't have to be the ones chasing it down. The customer service is absolutely the worst. Don't do business with these guys. read more

I put an order in for a $2600 bed on 8/22/14 with them. I called to make sure they had the bed in stock and that my card would n to get charged until bed was out for delivery. One week later no response to my emails and my card was charged. I kept calling them to see what was going on. They finally admitted that they did not have the bed and were "surprised" that nobody had called me and was promised that the card transaction would be voided. One month later--Today, I see that I incurred finance charges and had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is ridiculous. I feel like I'm a stupid money lender because normally a lender receives interest rate on money they lend but I am paying to lend money to room service for them being able to dupe me!!!!! read more
