Worst experience ever!! Came here to get my eyelashes done, she charged me $200 and when I opened my eyes to see it it was sooo sparse and there was barely any difference. I told her and she said "it's not my fault, it's because your eyes are too big"!! Are you serious? She told me to come back another day and when I did she's asking $500 for fuller lashes! Are you kidding me?! I've been getting eyelashes done for 2 years in LA, I've never heard this kind of nonsense!! Don't go here and waste your money!! read more

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. I have been going to Ann for over a year now for eyelash extensions and I love her! She is so knowledgeable and so sweet! She is also very accommodating, and has such a stylish/new place. I can't see myself ever going to anyone else. I always get complemented on how natural and full my lashes look. I would 100% recommend her if you are looking for a great eyelash tech! read more

Anne is the best when it comes to lash extensions. I was going to someone in the city and needed someone new when I moved to the suburbs and I found her! Every time I get them they look perfectly long but also natural which is what I love. Also, she's fast which is key when you have a baby. Love love love my lashes! read more

Ann is great. She agreed to work with my unique situation (chemo-affected, very thin lashes), and gave me an honest and up-front assessment about what I could expect in terms of volume, length and fullness. She told me that given my situation, I may have to come back more frequently than usual, and that she would be happy to accommodate my semi last minute appointments and work with me on prices since I'd be seeing her much more frequently than normal. While I did come back for a fill in after about 5 days (because I had so few lashes to begin with), I was pleasantly surprised to see that I'd only lost about 5 lash extensions total, which is far less than expected and no doubt due to Ann's careful craft. She was able to fill me in quickly, and even ordered a special, extremely light weight lash that would better suit my situation. My lashes look great, and it feels really good to have eyelashes again. read more

I had wanted eyelash extensions for awhile, and after doing some research on Google I came across Bohemian Lash Lounge and saw the high ratings! I immediately emailed Ann, the owner, to ask about pricing and an appointment and she got back to me within 24 hours. I have now been going to her for about 4 months and am super impressed each time! Because she custom places them to your specific eye shape, they are super flattering and natural. I have gotten numerous compliments on them & I seriously haven't had to wear any eye makeup for months! The other reviewers are right... you'll get addicted!! :) read more

Wow! If I had one word to describe Ann is "perfectionist". Ann is absolutely outstanding at what she does, and really knows what she is doing. Based on my experience I would refer absolutely anyone that I know to her and I would feel confident that they would be happy with the results and experience. If you are reading this review, trust me you won't be disappointed. At the beginning of the appointment, we had a consultation where she went over all of the aspects of lash extensions, such as options, care, maintenance, and whatever questions you may have. I always wondered how celebrities look so great with their lash extensions which is because the esthetician knows exactly what they are doing. Ann considers your features and the symmetry of your face to determine what design would fit your face best. My eyelashes have never looked so great!!! My eyelashes grow in a particularly strange way, almost as clusters where they cross over one another which makes eyelash extensions quite difficult to apply, Ann was very diligent and did a wonderful job despite that. Other estheticians have told me that they simply can't make the lashes fuller or longer because of the form of my own eyelash, but Ann proved that it can be done. Thank you very much!! read more

I have always been an artist with a keen eye for detail. After graduating cosmetology school, I opened my very first salon and just fell in love with the beauty industry. I embarked on a life of travel for many years while enjoying the US and Europe. Obtaining many life experiences, as well as furthering my career as an artist, I started a wedding/occasional cake decorating company and became very interested in henna design. While in Europe, I also discovered the artistic application of eyelash extensions and soon plummeted my entire being into learning this highly creative craft. Excited to begin a new life journey, I moved back to the Chicago-land area and decided to join my specialized services in eyelash extensions and corrective brow shaping along with beautiful henna body jewels. Upon arrival there was one person getting her hair blow dried. As I arrived slightly early I was able to sit and browse the stack of magazines available. I was taken to the wash bowl right at my scheduled appointment time. I was asked how I wanted my hair cut and felt that I was listened to. When blow drying he did not put any products in my hair. Cost for the hair cut and blow dry was $35 which is very reasonable. However, the reason for the loss of a star is due to not accepting credit cards. There was no sign on the outside or inside indicating this. Good thing for once I actually had cash on me.

I waited about an hour and a half, which I had no problem with. A woman came after me and they suggested she come in tomorrow. It was 3 pm on a Wednesday but the door says they're open until 8 pm. I know now that an appointment is necessary. The walk in thing is what make the chop shops appealing especially for women like me with up and down schedules. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back.

I wish I could give more stars. I love eye lash extensions, but after my second fill in 2 years ago I had a terrible allergic reaction. I tried several different licensed technicians after that with the same result each time. I decided to try again and I found Ann through yelp. When I told her about my history with lashes, she invited me in to do a patch test. She thoroughly explained to me possible reasons for my allergic reactions in the past, and she worked with me to find the right glue and eyelash product for me. She is the most knowledgeable technician I have ever met. She showed more care and concern than any technician I have dealt with. Her shop is beautiful, comfortable clean and inviting. She cares about her products and her clients. On top of all of this, she does excellent work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Cannot say enough great things about this place! I was in a bind and needed a last minute appointment and scheduling was easy and she fit me in right away and confirmed with me multiple times to make sure we were all set. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a full consultation with me before starting to make sure that she knew what I wanted. I have gotten a ton of complements and it was just perfect for the event I had. She really cares about her clients and tries to give you a customized experience which I greatly appreciated.
