Initially, we were concerned that sitting for 10+ hours for bridal Mehndi would be very taxing, but it ended up being extremely relaxing and therapeutic. A large part of that is due to how warm she is. We loved talking to her, and she laughed at all of our stories. Her team is also highly qualified and just as easy to work with. We used her for party Mehndi across two more days, and the quality was noticeably better than other options in the area. Thankfully, she was honest and said she's not able to do Polynesian scorpion design, but she did EXCELLENT with the other tribal one we showed her. He is so happy with the end result!! I got henna next and she did a good rendition of the picture I showed her. Both of us was done quickly, with what seemed and smelt like a quality paste all for a reasonable price. I'm excited to see how long the stain lasts!!

It was a very pleasant appointment. Kee did my nails and did a great job. I've had my nails for 2 weeks and they look like I just got them done. The prices were great too. My only complaint is that the website and the door say that walk in's were welcomed but on a weekday afternoon there were only 2 nail techs and they both had clients. I waited about an hour and a half, which I had no problem with. A woman came after me and they suggested she come in tomorrow. It was 3 pm on a Wednesday but the door says they're open until 8 pm. I know now that an appointment is necessary. The walk in thing is what make the chop shops appealing especially for women like me with up and down schedules. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back.

I wish I could give more stars. I love eye lash extensions, but after my second fill in 2 years ago I had a terrible allergic reaction. I tried several different licensed technicians after that with the same result each time. I decided to try again and I found Ann through yelp. When I told her about my history with lashes, she invited me in to do a patch test. She thoroughly explained to me possible reasons for my allergic reactions in the past, and she worked with me to find the right glue and eyelash product for me. She is the most knowledgeable technician I have ever met. She showed more care and concern than any technician I have dealt with. Her shop is beautiful, comfortable clean and inviting. She cares about her products and her clients. On top of all of this, she does excellent work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Cannot say enough great things about this place! I was in a bind and needed a last minute appointment and scheduling was easy and she fit me in right away and confirmed with me multiple times to make sure we were all set. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a full consultation with me before starting to make sure that she knew what I wanted. I have gotten a ton of complements and it was just perfect for the event I had. She really cares about her clients and tries to give you a customized experience which I greatly appreciated. The lashes have held up great so far and I will definitely make this my new place when I'm in Chicago and highly recommend it to others! read more
