I first met with Lilly at the front with a very warm welcome. Next, I saw Delia for my consult. My hair is so thin and fine due to loss of hair from recent stress and life. After careful review and over 30 minutes of consulting with me, she explained that I was not a good candidate for the type of extensions she does. With that said, she ask me to wait while she consults with another co-worker. Alyssa came over and talked to me about other ways to install hair extensions and she felt like she could help me. As it turned out they just happened to have my exact color in the shop that day (they normally have to order your color). So, she played around and showed me what the outcome could look like. She just so happened to have an opening the following Tuesday for me to come in. This is normally a 3 plus hour appointment, but she made it happen. Perfect timing as I was leaving on Thursday for Atlanta for family celebrating, then the following Thursday for Vegas for vacation. She spent 5 hours with me and my hair looks Amazing. My only issue was the price of the services are based on the skill of the stylist and the amount of time. So since I was with a master stylist my blowout should have been $75 opposed to the $55 that I paid and the $45 that is advertised on their price list. I will have to take a look at the price list to see if there is a running scale on the prices advertised. I questioned the price and the stylist was polite in explaining how everything is calculated. I probably won't be back because I can't afford $75 blowouts every week. I like to have my hair blown out every week so I look for more aggressive pricing.
