While some businesses seem to be going away and I'll say it perhaps a little bit older school businesses like trophy shops are becoming fewer and fewer. I am so thrilled to have a personal connection and an ongoing relationship with Diablo trophy. I really do my best to be very timely in my requests. But I will say on the rare occasion where I needed something sooner than you would even think possible or a last-minute change or last-minute edition they always seem to make it happen. The work was excellent, quick and reasonably priced. I have a number of additional memorabilia pieces to be done and recently purchased a business. I excitedly went in and for the second time they refused to help me, assumed I couldn't afford to have it done and expected me to wait until the end of July to get my product. Being lazy is not an attractive attribute to drive sales and customer service. I'll give it to them though, they were consistent with my first and second visit.

I met Paul and told him about the urgency to have my picture frame engraved. He was so kind, understood my situation, and was able to do it in a short amount of time. I looked at the book of different fonts and sizes and found what I liked. I really can't thank him enough! The shop is clean and organized, with displays of different items engraved. It is located near the corner of Callen and Monte Vista. Parking is limited to around three spaces in front of the shop.
