I expanded my search and found Bay Stamp and Engraving. Talking to Paul on the phone, I knew I found the right place. In that instance, you know you should entrust that kind of thing to an expert, and Ana is an expert. She responded very promptly and had questions that put me at ease immediately: what was the book made of? Was it something porous? Going back and forth with a grieving family was slow-going, but Ana was patient and communicative, even with the tight turnaround. She was clear and upfront about what we should expect, and the price for her work was very reasonable. And the finished product was lovelier than I could have imagined. It was thoughtfully placed and even packaged beautifully. My friend loved the book so much and was so happy with the result.
