Then I found this place. They did an excellent job, replacing the soles and heels on one pair of boots and the inner sole on another pair of boots. The best part was that they only took two weeks, which was wonderful! To make things even better, when I went to pick up my boots I messed up and thought they opened at 8 AM when they actually opened at 9 AM, but they went ahead and opened for me so that I could pick up my boots! I will definitely be bringing other pairs of my boots back here and highly recommend them!

She found a pair that she thought would serve the purpose and emailed me a picture taken with her iPhone 6. We agreed to go over there with our daughter after work/school to be sure they fit her. The boots my wife picked out and photographed were size 6 and black. She did not put them on hold and presumed they had some stock. When we returned that evening about 5pm, my wife didn't see the boots she had photographed and asked a sales clerk about them. The sales girls stated they don't have them in black and never carried them in black. We produced the photograph of the boot taken in their store that day. The manager got involved and swore up and down they never carried them in black and blamed the image on the iPhone picture. Interestingly, there were other shoes in the backgroud that were brown and they were clearly brown. What's that old saying.... "a picture is worth a thousand words." (We can live with the fact that someone came in and bought them and it was the only pair they had.) At the end of our debate, the manager said something to the effect..."look, we have never carried them in black... were not dumb." I'm not sure exactly what the implication was but it seemed to infer that we are dumb or trying to pull some sort of scam. That is the type of customer service I can do without. We left there with the conviction that unlike MacArthur... "We shall NOT return."
