He didn't bother to call to inform me of this. He said he could've just cancelled my order in a huffy way, but he wanted to just get it out. I told him I would've rather him cancel my order than rush and give something that wasn't what I ordered. He asked me what was the issue, and I let him know I expected more than 4 roses for the cost of $80 dollars total. Than he proceeded to tell me that I only paid $65 and the rest was tax and a delivery fee. Does that not go back into his Business? He asked me what can he do to make things better.
