This has become my go-to and has given Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches around the corner a run for its money. There is plenty of seating in the dining area. The parking lot is easy to enter and exit depending on the construction in the Belden Village area. When exiting the parking lot in front; you must turn right to exit. *Plan your route according. I'm officially finished with Bojangles. They have gotten very greedy for a multimillion dollar company. The sides are no longer full and they now charge for the mac and cheese side. The salad has been greatly downsized to a 5 1/2" bowl with 4 uncut leaves of lettuce,3 tomatoes, maybe 2 very thin slices of cucumbers cut into triangles, 11/2 pieces of chicken cut into very small pieces for a cost of over $8.00, the biscuit is thinner so you can no longer cut it in half to make a sandwich. Tenders are not really tenders. They are breasts cut into strips and sold as tenders. There are only ,in reality,2 tenders to a chicken. read more

Chicken tenders are seasoned very well. The chicken is juicy and well marinated. The coating is always crispy. Love the peach habenero dipping sauce. Brown rice is a perfect side dish. I also love the biscuits. Always quick to get through the drive through and my order is always accurate. Much better than nearby competitors. Several sauce choices are also a plus. read more

I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich with potato rounds and coffee. The biscuits are flaky and buttery as you would expect. The chicken is fried with a crispy batter that has some cayenne pepper but not too much. The potato rounds were hot and crispy. Coffee was good. Service was excellent. The booths are clean and bright. I recommend trying this restaurant. read more

This review is for breakfast only. I got two orders from the breakfast meal - 1) #1 Bo's Chicken Biscuit and 2) #7 Southern Gravy. The gravy was very bland and came out lukewarm unfortunately. The biscuit itself was decent, but had better, the fried chicken hit the spot, spicy, hot and juicy! They serve Pepsi, which I'm not a fan of, but their sweet iced tea was good. The interior is nice, as the place is new, clean and sounded like some of the staff members were still learning. read more

First time eating from here and it was really good. The chicken was fresh, and Krispy. The Mac n cheese is to die for. If you like the burnt cheese crust on top of your Mac n cheese then this is the Mac n cheese for you. Coleslaw excellent. Biscuits could use some honey and butter but I forgot to request it so I blame myself for that. Overall excellent experience and will order from here again read more

Been waiting to try this Bojangles! I've had it before in other states but this was our first visit to the Canton location. We ordered the 4 piece strip meal with fries. The drive thru was fast and the service was friendly. The chicken strips were hot, fresh, and crispy. The fries were also hot and crispy. The biscuit was delicious. My only complaint would be that my honey mustard pack was partially open so I didn't eat it. We will be back! read more

The boring concept on boneless chicken is getting old. We have enough of these kind of places. The bone-in chicken places are decreasing, yet people still want bone-in chicken. In the South, Bojangles is bone-in chicken. The service is ok, and the place looks the same, but I don't eat here much, because I'm tired of boneless chicken. The only advantage of eating here, is that their biscuits and chicken sandwhiches are good. read more

While the Canton area is not lacking in chicken places...and there are more coming...they each have their own signature items. I enjoyed the food I've tried here. Their breading has a bit of a spice to it that is more flavorful to me than others. I have enjoyed their homemade ranch as well. I also tried their breakfast and enjoy it. They have a plain egg and cheese biscuit. It's great because I feel like that's hard to find these days without special ordering things. The Bo'rounds though are really, really good. Highly recommend those if your there before 2 pm. Also, the Bo-berry biscuits are really good as well. We will continue to go here, and I would recommend if you're in the neighborhood. read more

*Note - I know Bojangles very well, so this may be an awesome place for those who aren't familiar. This is a painful review for me because I love the place. So, as many of you may know, I am from the South...the home of Bojangles. I had just returned for NC and flew into Akron. I remembered that there was Bojangles in Canton...pretty new. So I was excited that I was close. We got there and ordered our normal items...the same as NC and SC. However, we noticed on the menu, the terms were a bit more Ohio-fied. There was iced tea instead of sweet tea...there were chicken tenders instead of chicken supremes. I was like, there is no way the would ever mess up the formula. When we received our order, every thing looked fine except the supremes seemed to be in a different batter. We began eating, and just looked at each other. While the fries for the same, everything else was a little off. It was tough for us to articulate, but just imagine "Great Value" Bojangles...kinda there, but not quite. Keep in mind, that this is a complete comparison to the real Bojangles that we just had 2 days before. I think we will just wait until we return home (NC/SC) or Princeton, WV before we do Bojangles again. I may return for the fries or to try to their Boberry biscuits. Try for yourself, you may love it if you hadn't had the original. I'm seeing other reviews, and they love it! So give it a shot yourself. read more

Been in a bunch of times since they opened. Typically the chicken sandwich is awesome, better than the place around the corner. However, after the last two times we've been in a family member has had some stomach issues that night. Additionally, when we went to get a water out of the pop machine, it came out pink from the lemonade, so I don't think cleanliness is at the top of the list at the Canton location. The other issue is that unlike Bojangles that are actually in the South, they don't have bone-in chicken, not sure what's up with that? Hopefully they turn it around. read more

The service was amazing. It was my first time in Canton and I never had Bojangles before so I was so excited to try it. The staff was so so so friendly and welcoming. The dipping sauces are all actually really good but the chicken tenders just weren't "all that" to me. The Mac and cheese was just OK. Both dishes left a bit to be desired and the French fries were not good but I'd go back and try something else next time! read more

Waited for 30 minutes to get my food. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes ahead. 5 other people in like got their food before I did. And the tenders were mostly breading and not actual chicken. Nor do the workers actually care. Nothing was stocked. Napkin dispensers were all empty. Sweet tea was also empty. No ice. read more

Middle of the road review here - for 2 reasons - 1st we drove down from Cleveland (nearly an hour) for the yummy fried chicken we always indulge in when down south only to find out that this location is in expansion phase and only offers the tenders - no bone in chicken - drat - we each had a 4 piece tenders combo and it was enjoyable but not what we were really craving which is the bone in chicken - they do offer breakfast sandwiches until 2pm but not all day like other locations down south - in addition they offer just the cajun spiced chicken - not both the mild (which we prefer) and the cajun .. unless and until they start to offer the mild recipe and the bone in chicken vs only tenders we will not be returning .. it would also be helpful if on the website there was some indication of the alledged expansion phase locations and what they offer if not the full menu read more

Went for the first time. I was excited about having a Bo's closer than Princeton, West Virginia, but I was extremely disappointed when this location didn't offer breakfast all day. Also how do you open a Bo's and not offer the Bo's sauce. read more
