Have come here for brunch and just this morning had a catering order for work. For me personally some things are fit or miss. Their potato cubes they put on their breakfast tacos are unseasoned and make the taco kind of bland. While the restaurant features seat yourself style seating, the attentiveness of their employees is not missed. There were people having family breakfast, work meetings, and more, so definitely a diverse vibe. I ordered the Squawking Goat, Smashbrowns and a Peach Berry Lemonade.   Squawking Goat 10/10 - The star of the show. The fried goat cheese medallion perched on top of that deliciously juicy and flavorful chicken, all drizzled in the sauce, was the best thing that happened to me that day. If you have seen some of my other reviews, you know I do not like too much sweet with my savory, but this executed FLAWLESSLY. The goat cheese was the perfect companion to tie the dish all together.   Smashbrowns 10/10 - These were such a flavorful take on traditional hash browns, packed with flavor that did not require any additional condiments. Their flaky, crispy presentation that just melts in your mouth is truly a treat. You can definitely split between two people or just order two for yourself.   Peach Berry Lemonade 10/10 - I am a lemonade girl, hands down. This lemonade was delicious, not overly sweet and extremely refreshing. I also like when something features two flavors and I can distinctly taste both of them. What a delightful addition to the Canton area! My boyfriend and I come here quite often and we always leave satisfied. I typically get one of their bowls because they're both delicious and nutrient dense! My boyfriend almost always gets the chicken and waffles because it is truly top-notch. The menu has a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory. I'm a black coffee enjoyer, so their 'maple house roast' is delicious. One of my favorite things about this place is the service. Everyone that works here is so knowledgeable and friendly; I felt right at home! Their food comes out pretty quickly so you aren't waiting awhile- even when it's busy. I can't believe I'm going to say this but maybe a little less gravy. Loved that the sausage was crumbled. They have a little coffee bar, I had the light roast which had some nutty tones in it, very good. The staff was attentive and gave their suggestions on what theirs favorites were. I ordered the Rettro which comes with 2 eggs done to order, two strips of bacon, 2 hash browns and biscuits and gravy. I also ordered Maple Tap coffee which was not as good as in the past. Eggs were cooked correctly and the bacon was delicious with a strong hickory flavor. The hash browns were fresh and hot. (Not the traditional hash browns, much better). Fair warning...it is really easy to mess up your diet here. I mean that as a compliment. The signature biscuits are unique and extremly tasty. I was a little intimitated looking at the large menu but the person working the counter was super helpful and waled me through it. For the health consious diners they do have a simple biscuit sandwich option that I think most regulars get, but since it was my fist time I went all in on one of their signatures. Loved the atmosphere and the service! Stopped for breakfast early on a Saturday around 730 am and it was great. Not my cup of tea, but not really for anything in particular other than it just wasn't for me. You start out by ordering at the counter, all drinks except specialty are self serve, they give you a number and someone brings the food to your table. I got a breakfast sandwhich, the cheese slid off it wasn't all the way melted, the biscuit pretty much fell apart and the chicken was so over Saturated in the hot sauce it was almost inedible. They also forgot the ranch that was supposed to come on it and we had to ask for a side of it. For the price, I expected a more upscale food experience, or at least a correct order. probably will Not be back, but as we were leaving the waffles looked phenomenal so maybe I just got the wrong thing! read more

i love maple street biscuit company, and visit whenever i see a location where im visiting. this particular location extra deserves a 5 star rating. we went on labor day, where there was quite a rush with not a ton of employees. however, they still managed to get our food and coffee out in a reasonable time, and not compromise on taste! like look how pretty my coffee is, even though they were slammed! everyone working had a smile on their face and were super nice even though it was evident they were super busy. really next level customer service and food. so glad we could stop by! read more

I had been to the location in Nashville before and I remember really enjoying the biscuit. I tried the one in Canton today. While the biscuit itself was good and the portion size was beyond generous, I found the gravy to be overly peppered. So maybe leave that off if you aren't particularly fond of too much pepper. Everything else was a-ok. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is good. Nice ambiance and I saw someone constantly cleaning tables; they are on top of keeping the space looking good. Sometimes the condiment and coffee areas are a mess at this type of self-serve coffee/condiment station, but that wasn't the case here at all. It was busy around lunchtime on a Monday. But the wait was not unreasonable, and in fact I thought it was pretty quick. I'll try it again without the peppered gravy. read more

Spied this place on the go and felt compelled to stop in. Literally wanted to eat everything on the menu and landed on a chicken biscuit sandwich called the Firebird. Homemade hot sauce, breaded chicken in the store. They were the highlights of this sandwich. The biscuit was fine - I feel like it needs to be fluffier, softer, a tad bit more buttery. My friend had a breakfast hash and loved it. We were given a chocolate chip biscuit to try for free which was gracious. I had heard excellent things about this place and was so excited when it opened to finally try it. The iced cinnamon biscuits are amazing. This might be my top recommended item. The regular biscuits were pretty good as well, but I did find them just slightly salty. The gravy was very good. We went a few days after opening day and was pleasantly surprised to see them at it wasn't overly packed and staff were all super friendly. To go orders were ready in a timely fashion and staff were happy to help show where the order pick up. The restaurant has a bit of a rustic feel to it. There is a small patio with tables and chairs as well. The biscuits alone will have me coming back to this place!! read more

I forgot to take pictures of the food. It was delicious also. I just had to stop and write a review to talk about our experience. We were out for a little egg hunt and decided to have lunch. It was our ( my mom, 14mo son, and I) first time at Maple Street. We ordered chix and waffles, sticky maple, hash brown, chai tea, and cold brew. We went to sit down and waited and waited.... 25 mins later I went (after people have come and gone) to check on our food. Here there was a computer glitch. We have NEVER experienced such PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The waitress brought us "I'm sorry" biscuits and talked with my son. 14 months old and they even apologized to him. They brought our food quickly. It was delicious. And the another person came out later to bring us a card and ask us to return. Last year my daughter and I stopped in the Concord, NC store on our way to pick up our new US Marine at Parris Island. The food was outstanding. I think I drank about 3 large cups of the Maple Tap coffee. We have talked about trying to get to another one and my daughter happened to see that one was opening 15 minutes from my house. OMG we were so excited. Hubby hadn't tried it because he came to Parris Island a couple days behind us but heard about this place a lot. We went right after they opened and he loved it as much as I do. We haven't been able to get back yet but hope to soon. Those biscuits are amazing and I'm not a big biscuit person. That pepper jam, the coffee , everything is delicious! I told two coworkers about it that live in my area and they were also impressed by the food.
