Once he got back, he was so ready to dive into it until he saw the cucumbers. The cucumbers were really soft, they looked as if they were starting to go bad. So, instead of having to drive back up there, I told hubby to let's just toss the cucumbers and replace them with new ones, a very easy fix. Other than the cucumbers, the salad was pretty good. Nothing to flip and do jumping jacks over, but they tasted good. After fixing the issue, I was content with the salad. No big complaints over here!
