had to wait for chicken which is understandable, but the fresh chicken tasted awful, the fries weren't filled at all, and our bags smelled like cigarettes... makes me worry about the cleanliness of the workers. especially since we can see the full building and saw no one come for a cigarette break.. usually have a good experience but this wasn't ideal at all. read more

If i could give a -star i would worst service I've ever experienced at bojangles. I placed 2 pick up orders and the manager would only give me one. She also said i couldn't get a refund. went to this Bojangles on Saturday between 8:30 AM and 8:45 two sandwiches. One was a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. It was stale. The biscuit was burnt and they act as if they didn't care took it back and because the drive-through person did not give me a receipt. They did not remake my order or they did not refund me. I pull into an empty drive-thru lane and the lady on the other side of the speaker "greats" me annoyed and rushed. Proceeds to tell me they're out of several food options, two of the eight drink options, and straws. Doesn't offer me my receipt and gives me a side eyed, snarky look to signal me pull toward the next window. Then they have me pull forward because something not ready yet, where I sit for nearly 25 minutes waiting for my food. Which they tried to give to another car. While obviously the workers here don't care in the slightest, it seems neither does the management. The owners really should re-evaluate the team at this location. read more

We'll this was about the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Actually have been a long time loyal customer of Bojangles. Eating at different locations from Florida to Illinois. Yes.. they have one in Illinois. Most of the time they are really good,and sometimes outstanding. This wasn't the case yesterday. After politely telling the employees that my wife's steak biscuit was dry and overcooked,and my sausage egg and cheese wasn't up to their usual standards,they looked at me as if I had lost my mind. I was stunned when they were so rude and confrontational. Finally the manager asked if I wanted a refund. At this point I said yes,just give me my money back. That's all I said. Then the next thing I know she is threatening me and actually picks up the biscuits and throws them at me like a Major League Baseball player. Actually hitting me in the head and the bag of biscuits all over my brand new car. Thank goodness my wife and son were not in the car when this happened. I doubt this was her first time. Looks like this must be a regular thing at fast food restaurants now. Saw a video at a different Bojangles restaurant where an employee threw a drink at someone's car in the drive through. Again...thank goodness that didn't happen either. I'd highly recommend you stop going to drive through restaurants anymore. Certainly not this one. I have no interest in prosecuting their employees or Bojangles,however I think the push to get people out of their jobs that don't like them should be enforced more. I don't need them. Very friendly staff and food is good. I had a mistake on an order which I didn't know about till I got home. I called the location and the manager immediately apologized and offer solutions. I went back the next morning for breakfast and she immediately remembered my issue, apologized again and took time to ensure I was happy with resolution. Great ladies and super sweet. I will go there again for the service alone if nothing else. It was so much better than I expected! They do it right! Great job to them. read more

Ordered 3 pc 2 thighs, 1 leg, dirty rice, mashed potatoes and gravy, 1 large ice tea, got to the pickup window, they hand me my food, I sat there, the girl asks, you needing something, I said yes my ice tea, what size, large, took about a minute to get it. I am staying literally 1/2 a block away, get to my room, 3 chicken legs, dirty rice, and mac and cheese. I called several times but no one answered, just won't be going there again. read more

Worst service I have ever had anywhere ! Was rushed while ordering. Worker sounded irritated while taking order and when I got to the window she was still aggravated . I order three meals for me and my family, and when I got them, my sandwich was not fresh it was like it had been sitting for hours . i wasn't going to say anything but I paid a good amount of money for the food . I got my food checked it and the food just didn't look fresh .I went back through the drive thru and the lady said she couldn't take my food back . But I wanted it remade . Out of frustration I threw the sandwich to the ground which made her angrier. Told her I would drive up so she could get my fresh sandwich. She brought out another dry sandwich . I went back through the drive thru And the lady refused to talk to me ! Everyone in there tried to ignore me . I blew my horn several times and no one came except for one employee. Who told me they would try to get the manager . No one came ! The lady proceeds to call the police on me. I could hear her through the window . she had no clue of what I wanted because she wouldn't come to the window ! All I wanted was a refund ! I wasn't waiting around for the police over some chicken that's stupid ! She should have just got someone to give me a refund ! read more

Served my ten year old a raw Cajun chicken biscuit. Did not refund but offered to cook another one. Why would I give him another one? Worst bojangles I've ever been to in my life. Customer service is disgusting, biscuits have been hard every time, never get straws and sauce was left out this time. Maybe if employees weren't just sitting down chilling by the first window and the cashier taking my order didn't have a nasty attitude the food and experience would be a lot better. I should have looked at the reviews first. Next time I'll drive further away to a different location. I tried a second time to see if the first time was a fluke but turned out the second time was even worse than the firs. I will absolutely not go back. read more

Service was terrible: arrived at the DT, and it took about 5 min before anyone acknowledged to take my order. I placed my orde, and they were out of sauce. They were out of Fries .... Get to the window, took another 5-10 before taking payment, while waiting I observed 3-4 high schoolers (who I assume is supposed to be working) dancing and setting up their phone which appeared they were making tik toks . Then finally the girl comes open the window and ask about what I ordered and them proceeds to say" oh we are out of supremes as well I don't know why they rung you up for that, do you still want the rest of your order? One of the things I love about living in the south, is the southern hospitality! My visit today at this location (Speers Creek Road) left me feeling like I was back home in New Jersey!! The girl who took my order was rude, and clearly didn't want to be in work on a Sunday morning. I ordered a ham and egg sandwich on a biscuit with coffee. I was given a sandwich, which was probably made 3 hours ago, microwaved, and then left in a warming bin. The biscuit was hard, the ham tasted like it had spoiled, and the egg was missing! The fries that came with the meal were greasy and hard. I would have given zero stars, if possible, but the coffee was decent. I guess I just paid $7.58 for a cup of coffee!
