The service at this location is subpar. We went through the drive-through and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with strawberry jam. However, we received a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with no jam. Despite being late for an appointment, we circled back around and made them aware of the mistake. She wanted the sausage biscuit back and in turn through the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit at me, but instead of putting strawberry jam she put grape jelly in the bag. If you did not want to come to work today, the best thing to do would have been to stay at home. People have a choice where they spend their money and I think that the workers at these establishments forget about that. Zero customer service. read more

Personally of all the Bojangles across the CSRA this location is one of the best ones. Haven't had any issues, complaints or problems anytime I came here and i've always had my food ready quickly and still hot and fresh by the time I get up to the window. I tried to order a family meal that Bojangles corporation had been nationally advertising over the last month, however, rudely the manager said they are privately owned so they don't have to follow Bojangles corporate advertisement. Then I realize I have no utensils to eat with at all, by this time I was too far away to turn back. This is not the first time. This location 8 out of 10 times requires you to pull up and wait. I feel if I order in a drive thru the expectation is fast service not to wait for 15 minutes for Biscuits and if I do at least ask me up front when I order not after I drive around and I have paid.That way I can choose to wait or not. Another quick dinner night, I ordered a thigh and two sides. Pretty tired tonight, so I went through the drive thru and the cashier was pretty patient. The mashed potatoes and green beans were pretty good, greens beans almost on the bland side but still pretty good when paired with the mashed potatoes. The chicken was okay, the skin was extremely seasoned, the meat itself not so much. If you're a skin eater, you'll enjoy, I people'd the skin off and just ate the chicken. I love Bojangles food but this one has some of the worst costumer service. Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru for them to take our order and to finally receive it. The people in front of us only ordered sodas and also had to pull up and wait. They were not busy at all so I do not understand why it took so long. I went through the drive through at this location at around 8 o clock for dinner. It took 15 minutes for me to receive my meal which wasn't even hot when i got it. I received no straws, and ordered two 4 piece tender combo meals and in one of them there was only 2 tenders. The staff were not very nice at all and I will not be returning. read more

This is the worst bojangle restaurant that I know of. The biscuits are like small bricks. The chicken is usually old. I went today after work and was so pissed when I got home and notice that I had some chicken that was old. This location is consistently TERRIBLE!!! Customer service is non-existent, and the manager on duty the morning of 8/1/20 got an attitude and argued with me, at the drive-thru, about what I said was missing from my order! They failed to put TWO biscuits in the bag AND gave me the wrong drink (not discovered until I was back home). It should not be this difficult to get a simple order at a drive-thru. Also, the location can be counted on to always place day old fries in the container, topped with a few fresh ones - when you order in the drive-thru. Seeing as how we can't enter this location due to COVID, and drive-thru is so awful, we will not be giving them any more of our money. read more

I'm assuming they are trying to cook the food to order, which is the opposite of fast food. If the owner of this location doesn't get some better managers and employees, they may as well close down. The service at this location is usually sub-par and slow. The food seems like it is old and has been reheated. Unfortunately, the past few visits have declined even more. If you're not dining in, then you need to check your order before leaving so as to avoid major frustration later. They constantly get orders wrong. We have even had them fill our box with all dark meat because that's all they had cooked at the moment. That is only acceptable if you inform the customer and they agree-not just swap it and avoid saying anything. I suggest arriving at this particular location prior to 8 pm. After that time, they really would rather not have to wait on you or cook anything fresh. They will claim they are out of this or that to avoid cooking more. Even worse, they will just substitute items in your order and not tell you. read more
