So much flavour!!! My mouth is bursting with joy for the rich flavours of the dressings, hummus, and feta. All the flavours meld well together and none overpower. The steak and feta pita was amazing!!! And it was filling! My friend got a build your own bowl and absolutely loved the lamb and avacodos!!! Will definitely recommend and add to my go-to list. Oh! I don't know what's been going on lately but I've been very disappointed the last couple times. The portions keep getting smaller and smaller. When you ask for more meat because they only give you 4-5 small pieces of protein they give you a nasty look and ask if an extra charge is okay. Obviously it isn't okay because I never had this problem before but I'm forced to pay extra to actually fill my bowl. Customer service has gone down hill and there's specifically one girl who is extremely rude and shouldn't be behind the counter dealing with customers. This was my third time coming to this Cava and each time kept getting worse and worse. Last night was my second time ordering from Cava and the food portioning was terrible. I'm not sure if Cava has lowered their portioning but their portion sizing is very stingy compared to the Cava's i've been to in other states. This place will not get you your foods moneys worth. I have gotten the same order multiple times from Cava's in other states and it was huge compared to this. Today after work, I ordered a Kid's Pita Meal which comes with a pita wrap and they said they no longer serve it due to it being "discontinued" even though I just had the same order the previous night.. The workers weren't very educated on the discounts the store had, looked confused, and were overall rude. They would also have an attitude when we would for extra in an unlimited topping bowl. My husband also got a bowl (the toppings are unlimited) and he was also very unsatisfied with his food portioning. read more

Y'all - that Maine Root Blueberry soda is THE TRUTH. It's so good I've been searching for it high and low without having to pay $44 for a case of 12, but I digress. The sour cream and onion pita chips are also addictive. Now that I've focused enough on junk food, the mains are actually good too. I've had both the create your own bowl and the pita. The portions are HUGE so you will definitely have leftovers. The meats are well seasoned and all of the sauces are fresh and complement the main dishes nicely. The rice and lentils were a bit undercooked, but no big deal as they weren't huge parts of my meal. The night I went in, there was a young lady working who seemed like she was having a bad day and didn't want to be at work. I understand that feeling all too well, but when I worked in customer service I did my best to make sure it wasn't obvious. I'm going to just chalk it up to she was having a bad night as all of the other employees were friendly. I'll be back. I love Mediterranean food so this one will probably be in my rotation. Love CAVA, so glad it came to our area. The food is wonderful, flavorful, and I don't feel bad about eating it. I love that they have the drive thru pick up option. It makes ordering and getting your food so quick and convenient. I haven't dined in yet, due to complaints from others about long lines but order ahead is definitely the way to go. Others say the portion sizes are small and I tend to slightly agree, but I've been to 2 other CAVA locations in the greater ATL area in the past 2 weeks and I believe that the portion sizes were comparable. I will continue to come here on a weekly basis regardless. I can't pass it up for a quick, healthier fast food option in the area. read more

My friends and I wanted to check them out since they're fairly new. I'm not sure if everyone else had the same idea as it was extremely busy. I watched several people walk in and then walk back out due to the long line. Since my friends and I were in line together the wait didn't feel as long since we were able to chat while we waited. I picked the bowl and foe my base I had greens and rice. I picked only 2 dip (eggplant and harrisa) . I felt like these got lost in the bowl once the rest of the items were added so next time I may try to request to get these on the side if possible but liked the harrisa. I got steak for my protein and added all the veggies I liked including corn cucumber tomatoes lettuce. My friend in front of me had her dressing squirted right in her bowl and it was super messy. I did ask for mine on the side so was able to keep mine from being drenched. I tried the harrisa and shrog and liked both. Will definitely be back to try again and maybe get a pita next time. read more

New CAVA location! Opened right before Thanksgiving and I finally made it in. It's on a busy stretch of road and the parking lot is a nightmare, park on the side or in the back if you can! It's not the cutest aesthetic upon entry and no greeting as no one is really paying attention to the door. The ordering queue is on the other side of the restaurant so you have to walk through the ENTIRE dining room. It's a very vanilla space, ie boring but it looked clean, well managed but not a fan of the seating. The line to order was slow moving as your order is curated while you nice along. I ordered the spicy lamb meatballs and avocado over a cabbage slaw(I think) and lentils, however the bowl comes is what I got. However, I added more vegetables, actually all the veggies except the spicy ones at the end. Not the most photogenic bowl but it was delicious! Ohh I actually subbed the hot hummus with the mashed eggplant option if I'm not mistaken. $17+ is a bit ridiculous for this bowl but I guess that's the price you pay for fresh ingredients. I tried to scan my cava app for points but it just grabbed my debit card instead so then I waited over five min (because they were busy) to get a copy of my receipt (it hadn't printed) so I could input the info in the app later on to insure I got my points. A good experience I suppose but probably not ideal at lunch time. read more

Stopped by this new establishment after playing some pickleball. In all our family got seven plates and we tried everything from chicken to steak to falafel, all come on a bed of rice, veggies or both. Then you get to put whatever toppings on the main "protein." Meat was seasoned well and everything was very good. Seating is indoor tables, benches and chairs. Laid back music playing. They also have a bunch of different lemonades and juices like Pineapple Apple Mint, things you don't get from a regular chain. Although the line was long and what seemed never ending while we were there the staff stayed positive and kept the motivation going. The line moves quick due to them, kudos to the young staff! It's a nice change from your average chain, and is the new hot place from what it seems during our visit. Will try this again, you can make up your own dish also if you don't like their "set" specialties. Went back and got a good bit of meat, looks like they are taking criticism. First day stumbles, where?? This was seamless today, and I was one of the first in line! The staff was all smiles and the service was very fast, even with lots and lots in line. It looks very cute and chic inside, and the food was fresh. If you haven't been, I recommend one of the chef curated bowls. Alize was all smiles and was so sweet as she helped us. I have been to many CAVAs, so the excitement that I had when I found out that CAVA was coming to Evans is indescribable. I'm very thankful that CAVA does a community day and I was able to enjoy and see this new CAVA firsthand before it opened. The interior looks amazing, so stylish and so clean. There were a lot of employees who were all kind and courteous. Genuinely thanking us for being there supporting CAVA. The team, while new, was still knowledgeable and incredibly helpful for building my meal. I got the half green half greens bowl with chicken. I love CAVA because it is not only delicious, but I feel better when eating it compared to other fast foods in the area which is great when you're always on the go. And they even have a drive-through for mobile orders! Finally, after years of going on their website and submitting how Evans would be a great place for a CAVA my wish has come true and I'm so excited to become regular at this new one. read more

I've had Cava in other states and had nothing but rave reviews. The CAVA here feels so different from what I'm used to. I'd steer clear of ordering online the orders are never ready for pick up on time and the order is always wrong, I write this after arriving to the window at 6:30pm for a 6:30 pick up the gentleman proceeded to tell me I was early, my order wasn't ready and they were backed up. No problem like I said they are never ready so I expected this to be no different. When I got home my order wasn't even correct again all too common. The food is good when they get it right but due to the high cost, frequent errors, poor customer service I'm not jumping to give them another chance. If I could give this location a negative review I would. This location allowed DoorDash to walk off with our over $80 order. When asked if they could prioritize remaking our order for delivery, the manager Ethan was extremely rude and unprofessional with his response. As a person with disabilities, I rely on delivery often. I will be escalating this issue to the store manager Ed. Small portions, burnt pita, and the staff didn't even know the difference between their greens. I asked for the "SplendidGreens" and was served "SuperGreens". I clarified again which I wanted and the employee doubled down and told me she gave me the right one. Then I read the ingredients listed next to the name and she realized she served me the wrong one. Getting through the line inside is good. Seating is basically, the line for food is between the seating... ambiance none, most orders carry out or drive thru. Food, ok, small portions, may appear large with rice filler, lamb add on over $3, again small portion, same with hummus. You can guess and pick on various toppings. Subway-style ordering. Choose pita or bowl. Many vegan and vegetarian ie healthy choices. 5 stars for that alone!! The servers were patient and informative. The food delicious!! My only complaint is that I felt like my food was good by accident. The menu is vague. The only comprehensive menu is online. Husband chose a signature bowl and was very happy. I selected as i went down the line. The server told me could get three "sauces". I would've only chosen one. They were tiny scoops. I would've been disappointed with only one. They call hummus "sauce". There are 8 dressings. Dressing I chose on my vegan bowl was tahini herb. Hoping it was vegan. No info on contents. The restaurant was very busy Friday at 2:00. So excited to finally have a Cava in Augusta. I went when it first opened so it was crazy and hectic and very packed. I definitely have to give it another try once the hype calms down. Ok tried this place out, typical meal with drink $20. Deco limited, self service, food ok. I question the food storage, as everything seems to be kept at just below room temp. Meat portions small . Flavors are ok. Seating not recommended, basically you are stuck near the customer ordering line! I have not decided if I will return. read more
