This is one of my favorite places which I won't be returning to in the future. Their chicken tenders (the 20-piece being the only item on the menu that we buy) are really great but they've become ridiculously expensive and not a good value anymore, imo. Their chicken fingers have always been small to start with (on average about the size of an average man's thumb) but they'd normally add a few extra pieces (about 5 max) to make up for it. However, lately, you only get just one or two extra pieces - and the price has gone up: $30 for 20 pieces comes out to $1.50 for 2 bites of chicken and I don't consider that to be good value anymore(?). From the look of things there are many people who share my opinion because the lines that they used to have don't seem to be there anymore. ‍ I'll miss it but I feel stupid spending my money on something that's not worth it. Good service is hard to find these days. Sydney is the best server/hostess/cashier in there. She needs to be the assistant manager or something. Every time I come in and see her, I get a smile with my food, and that's lovely. The food is always hot and fresh. There's no doubt about the delicious food that they have, y'all. It's clean in there and they're always stocked with everything you need to enjoy your food. There are plenty of seats available as well as a table or two outside. When my son was in college, he missed this food so much I had to bring it to Morehouse monthly. Now that he's at ASU, he gets it weekly. Everything is fresh and made to order. Just go now. Similar to Cane's in style--from the chicken and fries to the signature sauce. Solid flavor overall with no real complaints. The restaurant itself was pretty bare, but the employees were super patient and friendly, and the food came out quickly. Consistent- Similar to Zack's, but better, not that corporate hype. Chicken tenders/fries/Tx toast and a drink. Clean and seating available. The only issue is when they are busy... they are busy. I kept hearing about this place so dropped in one day when I was in the area. Chicken tenders had good seasoning and were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Crinkle fries with seasoning were hot and fresh. They're made to order. Also comes with a side of buttery, toasted Texas style bread. The drive thru lane was out into the street ... so it MUST be awesome, right?! I'd say it's definitely a notch above Zaxby's! read more

The chicken fingers were excellent and so awesome. They reminded me of Chick Fil A's chicken and the sauce was very impressive. The sauce had reminded me of Zaxby's. The toast and fries with the meal were great as well and so was the service. I nearly passed by the place on my way back through Evans and I'm truly glad to have tried this place out. Chicken Fingers is one of the best places in the area to get fresh Chicken Tenders. The Chicken Tenders have almost a sweet flavor to them that I cannot put my finger on. The sauce tastes like a sweet version of Zaxby's signature sauce. The fries are pretty good, but I prefer mine crispier and more seasoned. The texas toast is good too. I've had their Fried Chicken Salads before as well, and they use quality ingredients. read more

I'd like to start with a suggestion... though hiring young adults still in high school might seem like a smart move from an employer but in this case the lack of professionalism or care at all for the customers or their job, is outlandish. Upon entering the restaurant, mind you my first time going here, I was asked what I wanted to order before I made it two steps into the building. Every time I tried to order based off how the menu is designed, Alexus rushed me through my responses and was asking what I wanted next and extra sauces before even finishing the individual entree order. As soon as I paid the staff immediately went back to their loud conversation about what I assume to be their upcoming senior project presentations. I was never directed to where to collect my soft drink cups, nor thanked for coming in. The wait was not long but when the young man called my name to pick up my food, he slung my bag onto the counter and turned around without saying a word. Upon looking down at my order, every single to go container was strewn about in the bag and not one of them upright. Once I returned home to enjoy my meal with my family, my order was not even correct. I did not receive the quantity of fingers that I paid for. It's a real shame because I was born and raised in this city and had heard fantastic things about this place. But as a manager in the hospitality industry I teach my staff that guests can go to any other similar establishment but the quality of service as well as quality of product is what keeps guests returning. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and will advise others to avoid unless being treated as an inconvenience is something those customers are looking for. The sad part about it is, that these young employees obviously do not care about the job or customers so I guess I'd hope management sees this and at least makes effort to prevent this from happening to other guests. I'm a BIG Raising Canes fan & I was told that this place was just like them. I finally made it here. I must say that they are REALLY close. The tenders are fresh, meaty, & juicy. The part that got me is the bread. It is really good & buttery. You have to add the bread because the combo doesn't come with it. Either the owners of this local joint love that chicken chain that starts with a Z, once owned a franchise, or are like most of us fed up with that unnamed Z chain raising their prices. Chicken Fingers is the greatest knockoff I've ever had, right down to the sauce. The chicken by no means is Z chain's chicken but to me it's meatier, tastes better. Get a box and it rivals a similar Chicken Finger Plate at the competition. You get the same seasoned crinkle fries, a piece of Texas Toast that reminds me of Raising Cane's bread (remember that place before the local Z chain owners bought them up to put them out of business?), cole slaw, and at most two of the "house" sauces. The house sauce is a bit sweeter for my taste, a little does go a long way. Bottom line, It's cheap and it's delicious. They would get five stars but I have to subtract a star for this very reason: Make sure when you go to the drive thru that you ask for your stuff to be bagged, ask for silverware, ask for napkins, ask for ketchup. I've been many times and every single time they will hand you your styrofoam box out the window and won't give you any of these things. I don't feel like I should have to ask for silverware for my Cole slaw, ask for napkins, ask for my food to be put in a bag so it doesn't spill all over my car. Otherwise, if you're looking for delicious food at prices that rival and beat the Z chain, head to Chicken Fingers. You won't be sorry. I hope they open up more locations soon. read more

The service at this place made the experience stellar! Chicken Fingers really is what it says it is, a place where you can get some good chicken fingers. Now, you may or may not know just how much I love Zaxby's chicken and fries... but i love them a lot, and the chicken here rivaled the chicken you get there. It is real chicken, which I think sets this little restaurant apart from some other places you could go to. Now, there is a secret sauce... and while I don't normally try those (because I'm suspicious of any sauce that cannot be explained) I did try it and it tasted a little like Ranch and Thousand Island, and it was pretty good. I added a little Texas Pete to mine and gave it a little bit of a kick. The location is pretty small, but the food and great service give it an established, wonderful feel. I will be going back! The only thing that could make them better in my mind would be a melty cheese sauce... but maybe, once I've become a "regular", I can convince them of that! read more

Very similar to zaxbys and raising canes except better than both. They even have their own signature dipping sauce that is also similar to zax sauce/cane sauce. All menu items seem to be very well priced (wings are a little pricey) but the food is great. My only complaint is the place could use a tv or some music, it gets too quiet sometimes. Went to try this place for dinner since it was close to the house, ordered 3, 4 finger combos, meant to order the box wanted the slaw as well, but aside from that what was in the box was kind of a sad excuse for the price. The "fingers were more like nuggets than fingers, very few fries as well. Just opened. Excellent chicken fingers. Very lightly breaded unlike Zaxbys or PDQ. Very tender. Good sauce (sweet but with a little tang). Very good coleslaw similar to KFC coleslaw which I really like. Very friendly and quick. Limited seating so mainly a drive thru or to go type place. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend that you at least try. I liked the fact that it was a very simple menu. As the name implies "Chicken Fingers". Only reason for a 4 star was the fries. They were crinkle fries and were good and had seasoning salt on them but were a little bland. I prefer fresh cut fries but that won't deter me from coming back. I absolutely love this place. The menu is super easy to order from and the chicken is incredible. The place is very simple inside, very clean and the tables are nicely spaced out. We ordered the chicken finger since we had heard they were good and they were.
