If you look at the picture of their baked spaghetti on THEIR OWN website, it shows baked spaghetti with FOUR meatballs. They don't explicitly say it, but that ain't happening without extra $$. So then you are prompted to add things. I asked for additional four meatballs--it shows (4) right next to the word "meatballs" plural. And I added meat sauce thinking I'd get both. Nope... There is also a spot to choose "meatballs" in another area for +$1.75. That's the ONE meatball they put on the order. It happened again, 3 weeks later. The only restaurant in the world where when you pay to add on, they take stuff away. Got the order home and there was ONE meatball, and they argued with me about what I should have expected. I paid extra for meat sauce, and meatballs, and what I got was far less than what was pictured in the standard order. It's not about the cost--just the disappointment and frustration that when you order something from a menu THEY designed, it should come close.
