A bit slow today with a busy restaurant both inside and out. I thought it might be quicker to go to the counter rather than wait in the drive through queue and as it turned out, it didn't make any difference. It really shouldn't take more than ten minutes to get a meal at a fast food restaurant when everything's already cooked, but here we are. Tables were clean, there was no trash on the floor. There was also no trash in the parking lot. My meal was ordered and filled accurately. The chicken was properly cooked, the cole slaw was crispy and the biscuit was too salty. Dining are was clean but the food was clearly old and tasted like it had been sitting all day. I usually love Bojangles, but this location isn't somewhere I'd return. They didn't have pimento cheese here and no self serve soda machine. They were out of all sides besides fries and green beans and mac n cheese. Mac n cheese was ice cold. I would leave zero stars if that were possible. I have had bad experiences at other Bojangles before in other towns but, this is the first time I have considered completely abandoning the brand all together. If you wish to die of starvation before getting your food then, by all means, come to this location. 30 minutes standing in line after I paid, watching no less than 9 people get that food that ordered after me, getting NO acknowledgment from staff that I had been waiting. Went through the drive through and ordered a 4pc supreme with a picnic mashed potatoes and gravy and they ended up putting a large fry in there not a big deal I work in food service I understand that things get mixed up but when I went back through to get what I paid for they took the box back into the window where I couldn't see and took the large fry out and handed the same box back to me 1. I don't appreciate the box going out of sight when I handed it back because I know all to well how annoyed food workers can be and 2 why did they take the fry out? I know from experience that once a customer has handled something it can longer be used so for the restaurant I work at we just let them keep it considering its our mistake as a way to reconcile but no they took it out not to mention the picnic mashed potatoes I ordered had a defective container AND a hair in it I tried my best to not be rude but this is ridiculous this Bojangles has always been horrible! read more

Absolutely despise this place and most of the people that work here. Unless you go on a day where christ himself is in the kitchen, your food will either come out burnt from the heat lamps, cold from being left out while you sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, your sauce will either be wrong or not there at all. The new daytime managers are disgusting with their attitudes and act like they don't want to serve you. If you don't want to have a good attitude then don't work a customer service job. Completely unprofessional, most of the teenagers and some adults in there do nothing but laugh and play around while your food gets cold. Sides are inconsistent. Sometimes they're watery, sometimes stiff and lumpy or stuck together. Just a good place to AVOID if you want to enjoy your food. (P.S. I used to work there... We really couldn't tell you if the food here was decent or not as we never got waited on!! Pulled up to the drive through with only one car ahead of us and one at the window. After 5-7 minutes nothing had moved at all. I'm cursing the folks in front on me thinking they didn't know what they wanted but then I heard the speaker for the first time and realized they had not even been acknowledged yet! In the meantime one car got so frustrated they went straight to the pick up window. Don't know if they got served or not because after a few minutes of silence when we got to the window, we said to hell with it and rode on to Goldsboro, where we got excellent service. Convenient location but we'll never stop here again. Too many other choices. Management?? read more

I never go in but the drive thru is usually accurate and food is always hot. sometimes they can be a bit pushy when you order but it doesn't usually affect your overall order; just make sure they read it back or you get a receipt. read more

Got the $40 family meal and didn't realize they missed parts of the order until we got home. Called them up to let them know and the guy had an attitude and he hung up. Tried to call back, it rang a couple times and then hung up. Any call after that went straight to voicemail like it was disconnected. Not the first problem with this location. But for sure our last problem. To bad 1 star is the lowest rating we can give here. read more

I love Bojangles but I'll never come back to this location. Dining room was very dirty even though it was a slow Sunday morning. Food tasted like it had been sitting for along time. I have been to this Bojangles' several times because I'm a local, and lets be real, there aren't very many other options! It used to be a good choice. Says they open at 5:30 just like every other Bojangles I pull into the drive thru line at 6:30 and they are outside cutting up and yells over and says they aren't open yet, though I'd clearly says they open at 5:30 on the website.. read more

Is it me or all Bojangles hire some of the stupidest people or do they train them to be that way. They never get our order right even when eating their. I love their chicken and their breakfast sandwich are good also. But to have to keep taking it back to get what you ordered is just a pain in the a$$. Wow! Speaking from an out of towner this place is awful. We ordered a jumbo tailgate with an order of boberry biscuits and cinnamon twists. It literally took a half an hour for our food. Then when we checked before we left the restaurant, they had forgotten half of our order and another 15 minute wait was had. Almost an hour from beginning to end for a to go order is ridiculous! There was never an apology from the staff either time for forgetting half of it or for making us wait. While waiting we noticed several other people complaining that their order was wrong or they were charged for things they didn't even order. Love Bo's, but what a mess. read more
