Expensive but always good. We love all the options you can add but we don't come often because it has become so expensive. The food is always good and if you don't know, they are very generous with the fries and that used to make them worth it but as the prices creeps up the value trade of becomes questionable. We will still eat here but less and less frequently. People even joke all over social media about the mind blowing costs for a meal. read more

The crew working at this location today were operating like a very well oiled machine. I placed an online order, drove to the location, and had my food in less than 10 minutes from placing the order. They also double checked and ensured accuracy of the order as well. As far as fast dining experiences go, this is certainly one of the better ones I've experienced. I was always curious about Five Guys and I finally went in to try their foodies. The place was clean and there thankfully was parking available. We went in when it wasn't busy so we were able to put in our order and didn't have a wait time for our food. I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped me with my order, but he was very polite and made a few helpful suggestions on how I can order my food. The food came out quickly and tasted amazing! If you haven't had their burgers, fries or shakes I would highly recommend going in and trying something from their menu. read more

Amazing service every time we come in. Service is always fast, staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. A little pricey but the taste of the food makes up for it. Our food always comes out hot, and my kids don't complain about the fries because we always get so many that fall into the bag from the cup it comes in. I love how you can customize your condiments! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Five Guys. I love eating at five guys and have never had anything wrong before. This time the bread tasted stale and the burgers were dry. And for the first time I didn't have bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. It was also the first time I got the order to go. Maybe that is why it was so bad. In the restaurant we could have went directly to the counter and had the issue resolved. We live less than a mile from the restaurant and ate as soon as we got home. So I went to 5 guys today to get an unbiased view on the culinary experience they offer. A lot of hype has surrounded the legendary food 5 guys supposedly offers, with the exponential drawback being the effect it has on your financial situation. It was time to put it to the test. I ordered a double bacon burger with a small Cajun fry by the cashiers request, stating the next size up of fries could feed two people, with the large feeding 3-4. The bill was 17 dollars and some odd cents. I was skeptical. I brought the food home, the aroma filling the car like cologne in the mall. The car was hotboxed in greasy bacon notes and Cajun dust. Upon arrival, I prepared a plate. The burger was fat as it was tall, almost a perfect cube. The fries had the right amount of crisp and Cajun dust. The burger was amazing. You could tell the food was about as fresh as it could get, and the fries were the perfect compliment. Everything about this burger was done right. It's almost like the guys at 5 guys decided to open a burger place with the vision of making the best burger possible, with the best ingredients. That being said, they see this as an excuse to charge way over what it would cost to make. In conclusion, 5 guys easily sells the best burger out of any burger chain. I ordered the food for delivery and the delivery was good and went well. Was easy and convenient. However if never had an issue with this location before I ordered fries and got bark ya full cup of fries and that's it. I ordered a regular. Only the cup had fries in it and it wasn't even filled to the top. The burger was good tho. Just a little disappointed with the fries for five dollars. read more

I stopped in at Five Guys a couple of days ago. Since I moved from the West Coast, where In-N-Out is KING), the Five Guys in Charlotte, NC was a close second. I expected the FG in Jacksonville would be equal. Not True! Jacksonville FG were a sad substitute. The patty was tasteless and greasy. The veggies were limp. The bun was soggy. I was among 5 other people, so no e causes for being to busy to focus. The crew was yelling, joking around and not paying the appropriate attention to their customers nor to their craft. I will NEVER again pay exorbitant prices at this place again. I would expect to get a low quality product from Sonic, but this was very disappointing. read more

Best takeout burgers in town. Great flavor & options for add-ons. The fries are excellent (really salty, pretty greasy...but burgers & fries are not supposed to be health food...just enjoy it). The only downside I've had here is that even if you order on their app, they never have your order done at the time estimated. I've waited every time I've ordered. Always good great burgers you can count on to fill you up. Do yourself a favor and get the regular cheese burger (comes with double patties) and just take your time and enjoy. The fixings are great, standard (those labeled in black) includes grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. The all beef patties are thick and juicy biting into the burger is a delight to the palate. Additional condiments (in red labels) can be added per request. I always get the jalapeños, fresh not pickled, and hot sauce which adds some extra heat. When we got home and ate our meal, we tried our milkshakes and they taste disgusting, like something is soured in them. Also, we asked for cherries and were told there were no cherries. I have called and asked for a refund and now I am awaiting a call back to see if the guy there can refund without having my receipt. I should not have to wait and I should NOT be expected to drive back to get the $8.00 I paid for disgusting milkshakes. Just heard from Blake, the Manager, and he said Evette, the GM, will be there in 20 minutes to call me back. I am so frustrated that I did not get the milkshakes I should have received and now I am waiting for so long for resolution that isn't even promised. I have waited 25 minutes and I have received no phone call from Evette. I called the store again and Blake said he thought she would be there by now and he is calling her now to see where she is. Evette called 5 minutes later and I had to once again explain the issue. Now she states it will take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. I have waited over half an hour for substandard resolution. She states this is just the policy. I told her I was writing a review on Yelp, on their FB page, to the Feedback form and I will tell everyone I know to never trust them with their service. She said the Manager was newer and didn't know how to handle the situation. I could tell but that is still no excuse.
