The mac and cheese was good but, and I think it's my fault, I didn't realize it was on top of fries. We were forced to wait 30 minutes while staff sought "approval" from an unreachable General Manager to start cooking without charging us a second time. The food wasn't handed to us until 4:40 PM. Because of this glaring incompetence, we missed nearly an hour of my daughter's party, leaving our guests waiting without food. When we asked for compensation for this massive disruption, local staff was totally dismissive, telling us we "had our food" and there was nothing else they could do. We were given the runaround when requesting the General Manager, being told they were "in meetings for two days" and to call corporate. I escalated the issue to Corporate on August 4th, waited the 5 business days they requested for a resolution, and was entirely ignored. If you are planning an event, take your money elsewhere.
