We just moved to Winterville recently, and this has quickly become our favorite stop. Everything we have tried has been fresh and hot, portions are great, the kids meals actually feel like meals and are one of the better value places for a kids meal (entree, side, drink, cookie). We mainly go here for drinks, kids meals or the $2.69 fruit cups and $2.69 sides of mac n cheese but we've also tried the burgers and have yet to be disappointed. It's been very fresh every time, basically chick fil a but with burgers and (imo) better portions and prices. Best part is that the points add up pretty quick so trips to the beach or something well stop and get the kids some cookies or a shake. We'll be back soon read more

Jagger's recently opened in Greenville. Nice design to the counter and dining areas. The placements of several TV screens seems to be awkwardly placed so customers would have difficulty viewing a game or news program. Service was prompt, servers interaction was ok, not particularly helpful for a first time customer. I ordered the sunrise burger, which has Two patties, American cheese, ham, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo. Macaroni and cheese was my side along with a self serve ice tea. I was given a number to put on the table and the food would be brought to me. Food delivery was prompt. The food was not impressive. The macaroni and cheese was basically warm pasta shapes with almost no cheese flavors. The burger was an ample portion, but pales in comparison to similar style burgers at places like BurgerFi or Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. My wife and I visited Jaggers a few weekends ago and we had a FANTASTIC time picking up our order in the Drive-Thru line. We ordered our meal and waited a few minutes as we moved forward in line with all the rest of the cars and before you know, the Jaggers representative came up to our car and handed me my order. We recently tried a few items from their menu. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and my husband got a hamburger. I have to say, I wish I had gone with the hamburger! Went to the Greenville NC Jaggers this afternoon. to get a shake. When I drove up I went to the line closest to Memorial Drive as there were no cones blocking it. I could overhear the young person taking orders immediately start accusing someone of trying to cut line, speaking to a fellow employee. They then took everyone else's order and when no more cars were left they came to take mine. They still never said anything to me concerning which line I was in. As I was driving around to pick up my order I glanced in my rearview mirror and saw them move the cones over to block the lane I was in. Once I drove around to the pickup door, the folks working there asked me my name but then would not give me my order. I could see my shake sitting there ready to be handed out, but they started taking food to everyone behind me and would not even make eye contact with me. This went one for close to ten minutes I finally saw a young woman coming back to the drive through door walking very close to the side of my car and I stuck my head out the window and I said, "excuse me, can you please give me my shake, I can see it sitting right there." She said, "I'm sorry I don't know anything about your order I just came back from break". Even though I had seen her giving out orders to people behind me. So I asked her again to just hand it to me because I can see it sitting there. She then said she couldn't find an order for Melissa, and I corrected her that I never said Melissa, because that's not my name. She apparently decided that she didn't want to be tied up with this situation any further and handed me my shake. It took a full 21 minutes for me to get the milkshake. It's really too bad because they have fairly decent food, but this kind of disrespect from employees just cost them a customer. If they felt that I had driven in the wrong lane the very first employee should have come to me, simply said, "Ma'am this line is closed please drive around and take your place in this other line" instead raging to another employee about it and then treat me poorly over a misunderstanding. So, be careful not to drive over any imaginary cones at Jaggers, lest you get treated like a criminal. read more

So I have not been to the physical restaurant so I'm not exactly sure of the vibe of the place. I have however order from there a few time via DoorDash. My biggest issue I have with Jaggers is the lack of respect for customizations. I specifically ask for no onions on my burger when I get it due to allergy reasons and every single time somehow it finds its way into my food to the point that I cannot eat it. I love their fries and they sweet tea with lemonade. Their milkshakes especially that chocolate chip cookie one is amazing.
