I stop by here around 9:10 AM on a Friday morning. There was several cars in one of the drive-thru lines. Initially, it looked like there was only 1 line until I drove around and I saw that the 2nd drive-thru allow was empty, in which I went to the speaker. I ordered and got a sausage biscuit combo with fries and a sweet tea (no ice). I paid at the first window and got my food at the second window. The person didn't greet me or anything. She just handed me my food. After I receive my food, I said, thank you to the person working, and they did not say anything back. I thought that was kind of rude. Nonetheless, I drove off and proceeded eat my food. My fries was on the warm side but they were well seasoned and I could tell they were fresh. My sweet tea was good. I got it without ice because sometimes it's not sweet enough and the ice makes it watery. As I finished up my fries, my hunger went away. Ordered a family size cole slaw and it was not even half filled! Didn't find out until I got home! I'm done with this location. Even with AI ordering computer, I'll pull up to the window to pay. The worker just looks at me doesn't greet me. I get a bag with somebody else's ticket with somebody else's food in it apparently french fries didn't order french fries. I handed to the person in front of me waiting in line cause I figured it's theirs and they've stuck my food in a bag with french fries instead of bow rounds I do not recommend this place and I recommend Bojangles start hiring better employees or freaking make it all computer AI bye get rid of all of them. read more

We entered an order online and when picking it up they put gravy on the mashed potatoes which we put no gravy on potatoes, get to the car no dirty rice, go back in tell them there should also be mac and cheese and dirty rice, they said no so I call my coworker she said yes, I go back in get mac and cheese then when I get back to work they only gave her 2 pieces of chicken. ugg never again. read more

Nothing has really changed with this location since it opened. This location can be a hit and then it can be a terrible outrageous miss. I find more success in the morning time. They are usually friendly and always have the order correct. Night time is a different story. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Why would you get an attitude with someone who is asking for chicken at a chicken restaurant? You're annoyed because you ran out? They often run out of major items in the menu. You are Bojangles, how can you run out of bone in chicken as often as you do? You're out of sweet tea? Seriously? No sauces? You might as well close at that point. I literally have to pull up and say what do you have because it is never what you ask for. Why do you allow your staff to have their hair swinging past their knees while preparing food? The wait times are ridiculous. You will always see cars waiting for their drive thru orders. This is the only chicken place in this area. Please get your act together. We need this restaurant. It is lame they are this bad. They need better management. For the time being, I'll stick to the morning shift and drive by at night time...if I ever go back. read more

Food was hot. However, the mashed potatoes and gravy was long on gravy and short on potatoes. As in no potatoes.

Worst in the county... no coffee today, no egg a few weeks ago. Management is terrible. Don't waste your time.

2 time I been to this restaurant and they say they're out of chicken. Looks like a bunch of immature kids running drive through. Went inside on first visit and someone had their shoes on the counter. They get 2 stars because the food is good if you actually get it. Rarely ever have food prepared. Customer service is lack luster, sometimes you're waiting 5+ mins for someone to answer the drive through and once I had to pull up to the pay window to place my order bc no one answered the drive through speaker. Bojangles on hicone rd is terrible! We came here waited over 25 mins for 8 pieces of chicken because they said they had to cook it , took it home only to reveal it is raw! All the pieces of chicken has pink That is disgusting! And forget my fries!! The people when we ordered was so rude , you had to beg them for a receipt!! The absolute worst fast food experience you'll ever have. Total dice roll if you'll be served, have to wait or get chicken that's barely cooked. Oh, and no one cares. At all. Ever. About anything. And every customer is angry. As in, you have to gear up for a terrible experience. If you're just hankering for some Bojangles, drive 10 minutes up to Cone Blvd. You'll probably get your food faster even including the extra drive. And chances of it being edible are at least 50-75% improved. Just don't go. Really. If you're actually considering this location, you have something wrong with you. And chicken half fried by someone who doesn't even want to be alive, let alone hear you beg to pay money for the privilege of getting their attention for 3 minutes won't help that kind of problem. Saying this as politely as I can, this location is STRUGGLING. The staff is very friendly, but they need a good leader to guide them into success. I've never been inside to see them operate, I just go through the drive thru. From my experience, and what I'm able to observe, they need help with communicating and staying organized. I hope this new location can turn around and operate more efficiently. Only putting this on here because I waited 45 minutes for 2 biscuits and borounds. This is the worst Bojangles ever!! i have never been somewhere where every employee is so rude and lazy. Every time i have been here, the workers are not nice. Never understanding. And half the time don't even get my order right. Decided i'd try to go last night and when i pull up the window, mind you it's 9:15, they close at 10. I get greeted with "sorry we're closed". I asked why and the lady said they were "short staffed". I proceed to leave the parking lot just for me to see EVERY SINGLE WORKER SITTING IN THE DINNING ROOM NOT DOING A DAMN THING! Pathetic. I have also seen employees chase customers out of the building bc "his order was complicated" GIVE THE MAN HIS BISCUIT AND GET OVER IT. Went to Bojangles in the morning to get a bacon egg & cheese biscuit. I ate my biscuit with no issues. Then towards 12 o'clock my stomach started hurting. I then proceeded to use the bathroom & my stomach & body hasn't been right since. Been light headed, dehydrated & my body is pretty weak right now. Convinced that I have food poising from this particular Bojangles. I usually go this Bojangles right before work and don't have no issues but on this given day I received food poising. read more

Everyone said this one was good. Well it is just like the rest. No order is right and they must hire the worst customer service people in the world. My biscuit was fine but I got 2 potato rounds, no stirrer for my coffee, sweet n low when I asked for Splenda. No lemon for the tea (come on, this is the South) Everything else I can deal with but rude customer service is not one of them. No more Bojangles anywhere every again.
