I had a great experience here. I had stopped by with my friend and was given excellent service and patience while there. I do not typically stop there and had questions. The worker was patience, friendly, and happy to have given us time to decide on our order. When getting our food, it was hot, fresh, and showed quality. We had enough time to go home, and the food was still warm and tasted great. I stopped by around 1:35pm on Friday afternoon. I got the new chicken and waffle platter that comes with scrambled eggs ($7.99). I also got a strawberry tea ($2.99)! I also got a butter biscuit too ($2.19). The total was $14.06. The strawberry tea was amazing as always. The waffle tasted so great. It's like it already have syrup in it although they give you some on the side. The chicken was crispy and tasty as well! It was all delicious!! The staff was friendly. I went before work, kinda skeptical because the line is always long. This time it wasn't too long like usual, so I decided to stay. I was so excited to get the new punch they had. The line moved at a decent time with there being 5-6 cars in front of me. I already knew what I wanted and as soon as I was the next car for my order to be taken, the car in front of me took what seems like forever to order. I was finally able to pull up and order my meal. I always get the spicy chicken honey meal with crispy country fries. I make sure to ask for them to be crispy. I wanted to order the punch so bad, that was the only reason I wanted to go there. They said they didn't have any specialty drinks at the moment. I was so hurt. I wanted to leave, but I was already running later than I wanted to for waiting the little time I did. So I just ordered a fruit punch. I had to go to work, so I just put my food in my bad and grabbed my drink and hurried into the office. When I got to my office, I was ready to take a sip of my drink, and it looked pink. Mind you, I ordered fruit punch so it should be red. I took a sip and it tasted just like water with a little flavor. I took my top of and realized that it was very noticeable that it was running out and watered down. I then take a bite of my country fries that are supposed to be crispy, and they're not. They don't even have any seasoning on them. The chicken was the thing that was crispy, but not a good crispy, a "this was sat out for a while under the heat" kind of crispy. This Biscuitville is close to my office. I can appreciate the restaurant wanting to get customers a quick drive thru however about 3/4 the times I go there something is missing when I get to work. Today it was a fork to eat the new hashbrown casserole. Mostly it's the condiments. Now the food. Love the skinny biscuit bur can you get them brown? Hashbrown casserole is mush with a little sausage. Not good. The meatloaf biscuit looks nothing like the picture. My advice is stick to the basics. read more

I am so sad with you all hating on my favorite chain ever. This location is no worse than any of their other fine establishments. During COVID they are drive-through only, so the line went out into the street. Bville was masterful at having someone outside to take orders, two lines to stack more cars in the parking lot, and a very quick and orderly progression through the drive-thru windows for payment and receiving food. From the time I was sitting in the median to turn left, until the time I pulled back out of the lot, was barely 15 minutes, and there were more than 15 cars in there, so I'm impressed. I placed an early morning breakfast order for the office the day prior to needing it. The cashier took my order and I left. The next morning I showed up, the food wasn't ready. The manager tried to tell me that I ordered it for a different time than I had. Telling me she spoke to me. She hadn't. I asked how long to pull my order together, she said 30 - 45 minutes. I wasn't going to wait that long. It seems they lost my order and tried to write it by memory. Never mind. I'll go elsewhere. I wanted to give their new lunch menu a try, and did so yesterday. I tried the BBQ Bruiser ($5.790, the Pimento Cheese and Bacon ($3.49), and the Fried Southern Catfish ($4.99), and the Pimento Cheese and Bacon is the only one I'd order again. The BBQ Bruiser is a rather strange sandwich, especially for this area The BBQ is a commercial product like Brookwood Farms out of Siler City. It is not bad, but it is not great either. The sauce is a fairly sweet, thick sauce, more like what you'd expect on beef brisket. The slaw is rather wet, and has some carrot in it, and is sweet. The strange part is that there is American cheese and bacon on the sandwich. Compared to the other 2 sandwiches it is bigger, but not nearly big enough to justify the price, even if it were good. The Catfish Sandwich was simply bad. The catfish is a single, thin piece of fish, and it was really overcooked, dry & tastless. The tarter sauce is too sweet, and the lemon mayo is just weird. The pimento cheese used is Stan's, available in most local grocery store, and is rather good, with a touch of heat. This is the smallest of the 3 sandwiches and the pimento cheese is rather thin applied. In the final analysis. I'm not impressed with Biscuitville movement into the "real" lunch arena. They are test marketing it in Eden and Greensboro, and soon, in Burlington. I'll probably at least try some other items on the menu, if it stays around long enough. read more

Biscuitville for a southerner visiting home is like seeing land after being lost at sea... and land looks like some kinda fluffy biscuit rising in the distance. And, the sun is maybe a pad of butter? Whatever, this is a good biscuitville and lives up to the name of all the others I've been to, so stop by if you need some breakfast. Got a normal assortment of breakfast for the family: a few biscuits and a sausage egg biscuit sandwich, some grits, potato wedges, and juice and coffee. We shared and enjoyed all the sides. Food came out fresh and in good time. The one thing new to me was the "cacky-lacky" sauce, which i tried with the wedges. It's a bit sweet like a type of barbecue sauce. If you haven't had it before, give it a shot. read more

This store has changed from an average store to a very high quality store. The dining room is spotless- the gentleman is cleaning the lights/ picture frames/ sweeping constantly . The cashier was polite / friendly/ the food taste better than the last time I was here... this new owner / operator has done a tremendous job on food quality. Retrained some of the employees... This was my 2nd time eating at biscuitville. The first time I was hooked. Everything was fresh and the honey spicy chicken combo was my favorite go to. But after visiting today.... I have different thoughts. My food was so hard to chew. It seemed like it had been out for too long. By the time I started eating I was on the highway and didn't worry about turning around. Out of every biscutville that I have gone to, the one on Bessemer Ave has been the one that has truly disappointed me and my mother. We go for breakfast twice a month and we usually go to the one closer to home which is on Bessemer. It's defiantly not worth my drive what so ever. When you first walk in you can see the coffee stains all thought the restaurants and the floor is sticky that is un-necessary especially if it is 12:30 in the afternoon, you would expect it to be decent looking since it is when they have less customers. When the lady takes my order they are rude and angry looking, I understand they do not want to be there but at least they can put on a fake smile. We tend to get our order pretty quick, which is fine. My mom and I get the usual, which is bacon, egg, and chesse biscuit meal and we spend an average of $10.00 together, I can't complain on behalf of that. Our biscuits are usually tasty, but on a recent visit my mom had found a strand of hair in her biscuit, I'm upset she did not inform me till I was half way done with mine, I would of surly said something, but now I know for sure what biscutville not to go to. read more

I have had this biscuitville cater breakfast for when I would bring it into the office. Kevin, the manager, was always helpful and kind in getting me my order correct and on time. You don't get better service than that. I enjoy the turkey sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. Tried the honey spicy chicken. It was very good; it's basically a fried spicy chicken sandwiched between a biscuit. My husband had the Cackalacky chop, which he liked. It's a good fast food option when you're craving something southern, something fried, and something fast. read more

Excellent establishment. The workers are extremely courteous, and the manager really cares about customer satisfaction, he may even come out and speak to customers about the service, something you rarely see in fast food businesses.
