Easy order at the speaker where I was understood clearly. At the window, a gloved and masked associate handed over my lunch and took payment. Two piece dinner (white meat, breast and leg) with cole slaw and a biscuit. I do love the Bojangles biscuits but I only took one bite as they are decidedly not keto friendly. I've been to this location a few times, and it's been pretty hit or miss. One visit stood out, they were clearly short-staffed, and at one point an employee actually left to go pick someone up who worked there because they didn't have a ride. The drive-thru line was long, and another customer and I were inside just watching everything unfold. I ended up leaving and going to the Bojangles on Rocky River instead. I gave it another try today and ordered a Chicken Supremes combo. The fries were disappointing, very crispy on the outside but basically hollow inside, like they'd been sitting out too long. I couldn't eat them. One tender was good, but the other was mostly breading with barely any chicken inside. The biscuit was decent, though. Overall, it feels like quality and consistency are lacking at this location. I've had much better experiences at the Rocky River Bojangles, so I'll likely stick with that one for now. read more

I placed an order on DoorDash. It took me 20 minutes to get here only to be told by the DoorDash app my food was ready for pick up. When I arrived nothing I order was ready and I was told I had to wait. The magical question is how long? The people behind the counter look as if there is no sense of urgency. This place used to be operated well and the staff was friendly. Now, every-time you pull up to this location, you can expect to hear very loud, obnoxious banter in the background while you're ordering, even cursing! It's one thing to have a good time with your co-workers, but at this location, many of the staff is very rude and inappropriate with their personal business going on during work hours. They completely ignore you when you pull up to the window and don't even look at you or say hi. I don't expect anything crazy or even have high standards when it comes to fast food service, but better customer service would make things much better. The food is okay, but things are often missing from orders. All in all, I rather go to another location, eve if it's a little out of my way, I do not enjoy coming to this place anymore. My first clue should've been the state of the lobby, every single table was dirty. There was also a table stacked high with empty boxes. They forgot what we ordered and we had to tell them again after waiting for 10 minutes. The food took ages probably because as soon as we ordered the second time 2 employees came out and sat at different dirty tables eating food obviously on break. Service was slow and terrible. I have been going here for the last couple of months since I moved nearby. By far the slowest and most inaccurate fast food experience I've ever had in my life. The food does turn out good but today was the last straw. We were completely forgot about after we order and told to wait by the door in the drive through. They also completely missed one of the meals we order, it was not on the receipt. Although the inaccuracy is repeated here and expected. 25 minutes later I went inside to try and figure it out. Just made a 'to go' purchase at the Harrisburg bojangles and it will likely be my last. The chicken breast was quite small - more bone, skin and batter than actual meat. The accompanying containers of slaw and potatoes/gravy were both only half filled. The containers are small to start with, so this makes no sense. We've noticed a decline in the quality and quantity of the food over some time. Tonight's experience was very discouraging. Not the way to do business. read more

This location was nothing but terrible with their service. Me and my family went through drive thru and we were met with silence. They then took our order with no enthusiasm at all. Sounded like they were just there to be there. When we went to the window they were missing an order and the girl just said "oh we were out of that" with no warning beforehand. We also didn't revive a receipt. We then went inside to order something else because we didn't want to wait in the drive thru that barley moved. My brother ordered the chicken sand which meal and waited about 20 mins for his order and there was even someone who ordered after him and received his order before my brother. A certain employee gave my mom the wrong change and when my mom called her out for it she acted oblivious. Our entire experience was just horrible and we will never be coming back to this location. I stopped in to grab a quick bite on 12/16/22 @0830. The young man at the register was semi professional but I could tell he was stressed. What was a turn off was the young ladies out back and at the window talking about personal stuff. This is the worst location I've ever been to. I waited 25 minutes past my pickup time for my mobile order. All I ordered was a Cajun biscuit and fries. I've been patronizing this Bojangles for over 20 something years. Customer service is awful! I went there this evening and I was told I had to wait ten minutes and ten minutes turned into an hour and ten minutes. I called into this restaurant to tell them we were still out there waiting and they asked me what I ordered and said they'd come out to my car to tell me what's going on. They came out and the most unfriendly little teenager came to my car with no smile, no customer service, no nothing and said "you have to wait on your chicken" and started to walk off. I told her I've been waiting over an hour now, you told me I'd only have to wait ten minutes. She said let me see your receipt and she went back in the restaurant and we waited another 10 minutes and the young lady came out and said again "there's a wait on the chicken" I told her I wanted my money back and she said you have to go inside for that. I went in and still had to wait another 10 minutes for them to come to the counter to issue my money back. This was my first trip to bojangles so I ordered the supreme combo. Our cashier Keri was extremely friendly and helpful. I had many questions and she helped answer them and has suggestions for me. I enjoyed the spicy chicken as well as the mac & cheese. The creole fries were really good. Overall a good experience and great customer service. read more

My husband and I went through the drive this morning. Overall it's a quick and painless. Then we end up not getting a receipt. Today, we didn't get a receipt and going on the honor system that we will be charged the correct amount. On top of it this morning our borounds tasted really greasy and over cooked. Sooooooo I realize that this is Bojangles and it's a fast food establishment....but things still need to be sanitary! My husband wanted to stop here on the way out of town- I did not but went along with it. Bad idea. He got egg and cheese biscuits. I got a plain biscuit and a boberry biscuit. Breakfast hall of shame. I was all ready to eat my biscuit (plain) and noticed a black thing in it. My husband told me it was a berry. Then I explained this was the plain- not the boberry! Well the "berry" was a fly baked INTO my biscuit. Really?! I guess they really don't pay attention to what is happening at this location! So gross. I emailed corporate with a photo and explained how this was no acceptable.
