The past two times I've been here the person we have spoken to has been rude. Last week it was a young girl, she cut me off while taking an order then when I get to the window she had an attitude. Today we go through drive thru & they forgot one of our steak biscuits (which we had ordered two), the manager proceeded to tell us that their was already one in there. Then he DUG through the whole bag to check. NASTY. So then my boyfriend had to correct him to let him know there was two which it stated on the receipt. They got so many things wrong in an order with two meals... I mean I know its Bojangles but come on.

After enough time passes I always think I'll give this restaurant another try because it's only minutes from my home. Time after time I regret my decision. The food is consistently awful and ends up in the trash. If I sound grumpy it's because my (carry out) dinner was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. The fries were undercooked, greasy and soggy. i was just in here and there were some rude customers talking about how they were going to leave a review so i am too. even though there was a wait the workers were very nice and helpful and even checked on me even tho i hadn't been waiting long. there was about 3 customers demanding a refund because they were out of the size they wanted or something and continued on complaining, the workers handled it very well. it was almost dark and one of the workers car was not working and the manager was trying to help and the customers complained. ur $7 meal is not more important than someone being stranded in the dark, plus the manager came immediately when they needed him. if u cant respect fast food workers than don't go. its not an easy job especially for the pay but these workers still did a good job these customers were just entitled. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. The food is cold. Every time!! I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit today. Not only was it cold, but it was burnt. I'm so done with this location. This place is filthy. On the counter where I picked up my food, there was a big honey looking spill. No on bothered to clean it as my food was pushed across the counter. Where I went get my straw and napkins, there was a dirty rag and cleaning bottle. This is easily the worst fast food place I've ever been too. They seriously didn't have anything together and no one knew what was going on. The worst part is the women who was making my order stopped and actually answered and talked on her cellphone WHILE making my order. Also, every costumer was waiting on fries or biscuits. I love the new cheddar biscuit. I normally have mine with sausage. The staff at this place is great. Friendly and quick.

Excellent customer service. Went through drive thru and my order was delivered accurately and quickly. I asked for extra icing on my Boberry biscuits and they showed me them first to make sure enough extra icing was on them. Overall a great experience. read more
