Two Saturdays ago at around 3:30 AM, I ordered a medium Quarter Pounder meal through mobile pickup at McDonald's. The meal included fries, a beverage, and the medium quarter pounder. While consuming the meal, I noticed a long hair entangled in the fries. This discovery was highly unpleasant, as I had already consumed a significant portion of the meal before noticing the hair. Although it is understandable that the staff may be fatigued at that hour, maintaining hygiene standards is paramount. The packaging was greasy, the fries were limp, soggy and cold, and the presence of a hair in the food further compromised the overall quality. I lost my appetite immediately. read more

I ordered a big breakfast, 2 hash browns & sausage McMuffin with egg. it took 21 minutes waiting in my car in the spot they told me to pull into before anyone came over to me. 5 people got their orders and left. They told me they lost my order. Finally it came out and they gave me 2 apple pies due to my wait. When I got home it was missing hash browns from the order. I do not like apples. Over the years this place has nickel and dimed me out of food which is ridiculous. I tried to put in a contact us at McDonald's web site and received an error. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. I've had numerous complaints over the years about how the restaurant will be closed when it is supposed to be open, entire orders will be missing save for fries, and how it seems like a bunch of kids hanging out with their friends more than a place of business. My most recent visit to this location was when I had ordered ahead via the app. I selected that I had arrived before even turning into the entryway. I went through the drive thru and gave them the information regarding my order. I was redirected to the first window where I got my receipt after prepaying on the app. I then got to the second window where I was informed that my food was not yet ready and that I needed to go park and wait for them to bring it out to me. To put things into perspective here, I ordered a bunless quarter pounder and some McNuggets. Nothing too difficult. I even turned down the option of a dipping sauce, which should've made my order even easier. I waited in that parking space for 25 minutes and my food never came out. I gave myself more than enough time to get my food and drive to work, but somehow it took over 25 minutes at a not even busy location to prepare a single bunless burger patty and some nuggets. I ended up having to leave without my food so that I wouldn't be late for work. On the way in, I tried calling the store to explain my situation and ask for my order to be canceled/refunded, but no one answered the phone. I'm still out the money that I had spent on that order and I never received my food. read more

My medium fry is really a small fry. Look, I was just craving French fries and this is the only thing I eat at McDonalds. I didn't mind waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru tonight as I don't have anywhere to be right away. So not only would that normally not be okay, they ripped me off on my portion. Lol it sounds really petty and ridiculous on my end as well...but it's just a very simply job. I didn't even get napkins. I'm writing this to just show how management what's going on here. Whoever works the speaker on weekday afternoons is very rude and needs some customer service training. It's a female that address you , a rather dry , "What can I help you with?" Not, "Welcome to McDonald's, what may I get for you?". I didn't know I needed help when I came to McDonald's. They never get your sauce right and their fila o fish sandwich is always without cheese or with a ripped off piece of cheese someone slapped on the sandwich. The last couple of times I've gone here, I've had to wait for about 20 minutes for my food to come out. I went through the drive through and ordered a McChicken, fries and an unsweetened tea each time. They had me park both times, they were not busy, to wait for my order. Both times I've had to go inside to get my food after waiting around 20 minutes. The last time my food was cold when I finally got it. I drive all the way to this one McDonald's, I pull up to the drive through. A gentleman responds. "Our system is down." ... "Ok? What does that mean for me?" "That means we can't take any orders for the next 10-15 minutes." I understand things happen, however, why not just say that from the beginning? Absolutely shameful how this establishment is run. First of all it was 6pm and all of the unoccupied tables were dirty. I asked twice to have the tables cleaned. The first time the young man ignored me. Then he said he would go get someone. Minutes pass and I finally stop another person and tell them just hand me a glove and towel and I'll clean my table off myself. She cleaned it but then it was wet. I had to wipe it down with a napkin. I told the manager and she had someone clean all the tables. And do you know their response - "people shouldn't be so messy when they eat". I called the complaint number and left a message. The part that had me literally asking out loud whether I was being punked was having the cashier wiping her nose with her hands while she was taking my order for some chocolate chip cookies to go. I looked at her and said, "you know that isn't sanitary and I won't accept anything you touch". I was going to pay cash but decided using a card was safer. No contact. When she went to hand me my receipt I asked her "are you kidding me?" She threw the receipt away and then proceeded to fix food for other people!!! I asked someone else to give me my cookies. Went through the drive thru for some dollar menu items... should have been about $10. The order screen did not display the order so we could see it so we decided that we would drive to the window and confirm our order was right. They repeated our order and it was actually missing an item and still the total was $19. We scanned a coupon which brought it to $17 but we still questioned it because that seemed really expensive for some mcdoubles and sodas. The lady at the window didn't seem to speak great english so wasn't much help. We pulled away and decided to check on mobile order why it was so expensive. It was $11 for what we ordered. McDonald's is McDonalds right? Usually when I go here its to be in and out since I'm usually on a lunch break this place is RARELY not packed. They are always busy nonstop its crazy. The parking lot is so small that its a fight at times just to be able to get into the place. From my understanding this is an individually own place and not fully connected to the normal franchises. So if there is ever and issue you've got to actually contact the manager at the store to get the issues fixed. Either way I stopped today to get some McNuggets and the golden arch fries. It sucks knowing that by the time I get the food and drive literally across the street that as soon as I bite into my nuggets they have been cooked so long and sat for so long that they are like a rock. It was like chewing rubber trying to eat the nuggets. The fries were all soggy and cold def a waste of money trying to get food here. But the Coke was good go figure. If you are wanting McDonald's go stop at another one because this one will just be one big upset. read more

Everything is nice and clean. I used the kiosk for a change. It was quick and easy. I am sitting near the counter and I can hear the employees interact with each other and they are so kind to each other. You can hear them work as a team. They are entertaining the people at the counter. Fast food is a hard place to work and these employees are showing how to do it well. I know in fast food they get complaints. Stopped by a few mins ago, I got off at 2:45 a.m. & wanted to get McDonald's. It's open, yet when the woman should've been taking my order she said they were short staffed & were taking orders right now. Not to be rude, BUT THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE I SAW. One to take the order & one to make the food. I do this all the time at my job & know you can multi-task. They shouldn't just be able to close whenever they feel like it. Every-time I come to this one in particular they always have something wrong like the ice cream machine no working or "only card". Also very rude when ordering from inside, they act like it is a bother to take the order when you don't use the ordering machine that they have installed inside. McDonalds is McDonalds is McDonalds. I stopped by this location on my way to an occasion in Concord. The little one had a 4-piece nugget meal and the fries were hot. After sampling her fries, I was prompted to go back and get a cheeseburger and fries. Unfortunately, my fries were not as hot and they were on the burnt side. The second time up, I did not hit them at the right time! Oh well...the restaurant is one of the newer models and had a good flow of people inside and at the drive-through. The only fault was that I noticed there were a few flies in the window sill but thankfully they did not come near our table. read more

I am new to the area and this is the worst McDonald's I have ever went to. Everytime I go there the drive through people always ignore me and when I say is anyone there they come at me with an attitude like it's my fault for asking was anyone there. I thought it would be a one time thing but every single time I go it's the same thing. They always mess up my 2 year old daughter's order. Ordered her a chicken nuggets happy meal and get home and it's a quarter pounder with cheese. It is a horrible feeling to see your daughter cry because she thought she was getting chicken nuggets and what makes this so crazy is that this happened at least 2 times.
