First time visiting a Bojangles and I'm finally glad I did. I got the 3 piece dinner with 2 sides, Cajun beans and dirty rice. It was solid for fast food. The food was prepared and served immediately on a plate. It is your typical sit down fast food restaurant inside. The chicken itself is somewhat between a Brown's Chicken and Popeye's. Definitely would try again. The ice tea was solid as well. This location has a drive thru which is nice and plenty of parking. Worth a stop for a quick meal!

I had never been to a Bojangles, but had heard their chicken was pretty good and their biscuits nice and buttery... so when my ride didn't come to pick me up at my dentist's just before they closed, I decided to play Frogger and dodge cars on four lanes of very busy traffic to see if they met expectations... Having survived the traffic... *PHEW*... I went inside to an empty restaurant as it WAS between lunch and early dinner shifts, and was greeted cheerfully by a sweet gal who let me peruse the menu board and asked me helpful questions. I settled on the chicken breast plate with mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and one of their big biscuits... along with a large sweet tea. It didn't take long to get my tray, and it looked GOOD! I got my drink from the drink station along with my utensils, napkins, and seasonings. Headed to a booth by the front windows to eat and *wait*... and I was NOT disappointed by the food. The chicken was perfection... not greasy nor overly fried. Just the right amount of crisp. Yum! The potatoes were creamy and just firm enough for the delicious brown gravy. The biscuit was nice and hot and buttery... nom nom NOM!!! I kinda had a foodgasm as this was brunch after I had my teeth cleaned... LOL! (Kinda wanna floss now, though ; ) if you know what I mean...) I recommend this place as I truly loved every bite. Haven't been to the one where I live in Shelbyville yet... gotta see how they measure up now!

This is my husbands favorite place to stop when we are traveling. Because you can get a spicy chicken cutlet biscuit any time of day at any location for a good price. Instant heartburn served with a smile! They also have fried chicken on the bone, chicken fingers... basically everything chicken, but a little more country tasting than the other chicken fast-food chains.

First time, last time. Country ham and egg biscuit. Cept there is no egg and the ham looks terribly pathetic. Not even worth the $4 it cost. I'm good on Bojangles, I'll just keep going to Hardee's down the street. Far better fast food breakfast and the people are definitely more pleasant. Although if I served breakfast that looks like this I wouldn't love my job either.

I did not receive any sauce I paid for and wanted my order remade since the food was sitting and got soggy and cold, since I drove the food all the way back home before realizing no sauce was in the bag. And would have to drive all the way back to the store to retrieve missing sauce. Hope was extremely passive aggressive and hostile towards me with little explanation as to why she was angry about replacing my food. From what I could gather from her poor communication and erratic behavior I assume she is saying that since I did not bring back the Cold food she was doing me a favor of some sort by replacing the food. I was not told at the start of the interaction that I needed to bring in the cold food. I would have brought back the food if it meant I wouldn't be berated for asking. Which i told her. She stated, "just so you know this will never happen again." I said excuse me because that's an ominous statement to receive when I did nothing wrong. I think Hope implementing some patience into her work and interactions with customers would serve her well. This was the first meal I was getting to eat after working a 12 hour shift overnight at the hospital. I was already upset I would have to ask for the food to be remade so I didn't have to eat it soggy and cold, and that I would be using more of my own gas to drive back. But having that interaction with Hope solidified I won't go back to that location again as long as she's working there. Her attitude was disgusting and honestly horrific to witness. Definitely would not recommend keeping her in a position of management because she is terrible at it quite frankly. Whatever strange complex she has in her mind that makes her think it's okay to use customers as a punching bag for all the baggage she can't seem to leave outside of her work life needs to be looked into and I would definitely not have her handling things on the frontline while she figures out whatever deep rooted issues she just took out on me. I'll miss the convenience of this location while she's still employed there, thank you!

We've been waiting so long for this to open and the first time we tried it was not up to standards. We gave it another try thinking it may be the first week and they were still getting the hang of it. The 2nd time was the same- portion sizes are extremely small compared to every Chipotle I've been too. Whomever is cutting the meat is leaving huge chunks of fat and cutting it all sorts of ways. For some reason all the food isn't available- if this is how it is a couple months into opening, I can't imagine it will get better. New management needs to come in and Chipotle district needs to be made aware. For now pass in this one and make your way to Memorial or N. Thompson- much nicer Chipotles.

Every time I order they're out of something, and today, the chicken wasn't even fully cooked! I had to throw away half my burrito because the meat was partially pink!! The evenings don't prove any better, I've come in countless times to see a mess all over the floors and tables with food and leftover napkins left on them. The service is good from my experience, but whoever manages/orders and has their machines fixed needs to be trained or replaced, this is absolutely unacceptable to have to EXPECT them to be out of several items every time I go and account for that in my order after work.

That's what drew us in. For complete transparency, this is only the second time I've ever been to a Firehouse. The first time was nearly a decade ago in Smyrna & it was subpar, at best. The good: We went in today for lunch. Walked in around 10:45-ish. To their credit, the store inside was nice. Seemed fairly clean, well lit, & overall a nice spot. That's where the good ends. There were 3 employees there at opening, clearly struggling. We were the only ones in the store when we walked in, & nobody said 'hi', "Be with you in a moment," "Kiss my foot," nothing. Ok, whatever. We waited for the girl to get off the phone at the register. She was very nice. The Bad: We ordered at 10:50 & sat to wait, & wait... We were the only ones in there. I get it, they had a lot of mobile/Uber eats orders, etc. The 3 employees stumbled all over themselves. One girl, Summer - from her nametag, was clearly the one in charge of the other 2. She was trying to do everything & tell the other 2 what to do at the same time. Once our food was ready (about 15 mins after we ordered... ridiculous), we picked it up at the counter & walked outside to eat at a table in front of the empty store. Why, you might ask? About 2 mins before our food was done, 3 more employees came strolling through the door. One of them, who I assume was a manager guy in a black jacket, strolled straight to the back & turned on some, much needed, house music, but blasted it so loud I couldn't hear myself think. We had to get out of there just to enjoy our meal. My wife and myself shared a large pepperoni pizza meatball sub. Advertising shows this on a TOASTED garlic butter roll. They just took a normal roll, sliced it, rubbed a little cold butter on it, & slapped the ingredients on top. They did NOT toast the roll at all. Once we started eating, it was a soggy mess. It may have looked pretty in the photo (attached), but it was not. Additionally, they seriously need to check their food safety standards. Our sandwich, while the cheese was melted on top, was stone cold in the middle. STONE. The marinara was less than lukewarm, but the biggest detractor for me was the meatballs. They were SO cold. There is no way that they should ever be that cold unless they were just taken out of the fridge. Wasted sandwich. The UGLY: Staffing, management, competency, humility, & appreciation. ALL severely lacking. Remember that girl, Summer, that was the only one of the 3 employees who knew how to make sandwiches? Well she was apparently the shift leader for opening that morning. We got so annoyed listening to her literally yell and demean her coworkers we got up and took a pic of the sign under the register about letting management know about your experience. (The link doesn't even work.) As a matter of fact, the very first thing we heard as we walked in to this location for the very first time at 10:45am this morning was her YELLING at a poor guy in the back, "Hurry up and get out here, you're taking too long!" Literally, word-for-word. The younger guy stumbled from the back, clearly nonplussed with her demeaning choice of words & attitude. He was new & clearly still learning. He hadn't been taught well whatever task it was he was doing. He came and stood right next to her, didn't say a word the whole time we were there, & barely moved unless directed EXACTLY what to do. Poor guy. Seemed like he was ready to walk out. Example 2, girl yelling at her employees: Several people walked in about 10 minutes after we'd been there, before 3 others came in at 11. She clearly felt overwhelmed & yelled at the other 2, "Do ya'll not know how to do ANYthing?" When the 11am shift walked in, she (in front of every customer & other employees) loudly exclaimed, "Finally! We need some help, none of them know what they're doing!" How tacky, demoralizing, & uncalled for. I would have quit immediately. I have always been taught, from my much younger retail and customer-facing days that you NEVER have those kinds of conversations or comments in front of customers. It's just terrible. Some folks clearly cannot handle any positions of authority or holding 'power' over others. This particular Firehouse is in DIRE need of competent management & some form of a training program. These employees were floundering being left on their own. You may ask why we didn't refuse the sandwich, go in & talk to a manager? They were too busy to care. We didn't get a 'hello, welcome in' or a 'thank you, come again'. We were also on our lunch break & didn't have another 15-20 minutes to wait on them CORRECTLY making a new sandwich. We'll just have to hope these cold meatballs were properly stored & that we don't get sick because of poor food safety standards. This is my 2nd, and unfortunately, FINAL time to ever go to a Firehouse.
