This Bojangles is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to in my entire life. They get my order wrong every time I go. For some reason they think a 4 piece supreme is a 3 piece supreme every single time. I have not had this issue at any other Bojangles. On top of that today I went and they gave me TWO TENDERS! I ordered a 4 piece. I got fries with absolutely no seasoning on them, My lemonade tasted like it was 90% water. I also decided to get two Bo berry biscuits and got 0 bo berry biscuits. If things couldn't get any worse the cups they gave me were so over filled they spilled and leaked all over my car and counters. Let me say went through drive through. Simple order biscuit combo with mash. 2 cinnamon twist. The woman that handed me the order is not a good employee. To start with it is common sense that napkins are to be put in the bag with the food. Not only did I not get 1 single napkin there was no fork to eat the mashed potatoes. I'm not demanding but if I have to knock on the window to get a fork and napkins you fail at your job. Also this employee did not say 1 word before or after I had to ask for napkins and a fork. After 7 minutes of waiting no sandwich (actual time..not approximate). Walked back to the window and was told sandwich not ready yet. Waited another 7 minutes (total of 14 minutes) and still no sandwich. Gave up in disgust, walked back to the window and told them to forget the order (oh, I had already paid for it so "skunked" on the money). Used to be a good restaurant.
