I got the Single Butter burger with grilled onions, onion rings, and a Cod Fillet sandwich.My burger was cold and there were barely any onions which didn't look grilled. I'm not sure what it was but I wasn't about to eat it. The Onion rings were hot but "SALTY" like I was confused. Cod sandwich was supposed to be with cheese and ketchup Only! There was no cheese and it was also cold! It looked mashed together by hand!! This was my 2nd and last visit. Give it a 4. because that fish platter was super fresh and flaky, just amazing. I will say the customer service was pathetic. I was fine until they had me pull up, mind you he did not state where to pull up, just said pull up and pointed to the side door right by that window. So I pulled up. The girl with the redhead/orangehead, whatever, she said "you need to move up to the orange cone at the very end" with the most attitude for absolutely no reason, there's other ways to say things. I finally get my order, unfortunately she brought it to me, l asked her if she had ketchup or napkins on her, she said no, rolled her eyes and went back inside. Idk what her problem was but If you don't like ur job, don't work there. She should hope she's not working next time l'm there because I have something to say :) anyways, yall should have her fired for her disgusting attitude. Great food! read more

Fast food at a higher level I usually stay away from chain restaurants, but this relatively new midwest chain caught my attention - and I am glad it did. When you walk in the door it just feels different. The interior is clean, relaxing and inviting. You still have to order at the counter, but then you seat yourself and a server brings your freshly-prepared food to you. The signature item, the ButterBurger®, takes this staple to a new level. I tried the Deluxe with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Lettuce, Onion and Pickle. It was one of the best fast-food burgers I've ever had. The patty was as thin as all the other burgers around, but juicy and slightly buttery. The Onion Rings had a good balance of sweetness and crunch - a definite winner. The Wisconsin Cheese Curds were dry and disappointing. The Grilled Reuben Melt was not quite what you would get at a New York Deli, but still enjoyable. There was a good portion of tender corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut on nicely buttered bread. Other options include three Salads, Grilled & Fried Chicken and Chicken Tenders. The Butterfly Jumbo Shrimp were surprisingly good, and the Cocktail Sauce pleasantly tangy. My favorite is the Beef Pot Roast sandwich with extra Grilled Onions. The shredded beef is tender and flavorful, and the Horseradish Sauce tastes like the real thing. The Crinkle Cut Fries have that crispy snap with a tender, crunchy inside. Cod Fish and Shrimp dinners come with Crinkle Cut Fries, Cole Slaw and a Dinner Roll. Culver's Ice Cream is creamier and smoother than most soft-serve I have had. Very solid, clean spot! Food came out fast and fresh and tasted great! The spicy chicken sandwich was good with the boom boom sauce and the onion rings were as well! The butterburger was great I got to put some crispy onions on it as well so good! The coleslaw was solid and the salad was mid. read more

Love the Pot Roast sandwich. If you get the dinner gravy is included. If you get the sandwich make sure to add the gravy. No other fast food restaurant sells a sandwich this delicious. Went at dinner time on a Saturday and service was blasing fast. The kids meal allows lots if substitutions making the little once happy. read more

Service thru drive thru was quite slow. I waited about 20 min for my food and it was cold when they brought it out and not even the complete order. They forgot the ice cream and onion rings. Another couple minutes to wait for that. Very disappointed with length of wait, partial order delivery, and cold food. read more

Avoiding this location going forward. Went inside and did a pickup order for 2 people (4 items) got my number, sat down and waited. Finally my food bag came and the same girl that took my order and walked away. I asked where my custard items were and she retrieved them from the ice bath. First time getting a concrete mixer and it was the consistency of a watery milkshake. Is this normal? She smiled and walked away. Seems way too many employees standing around and not checking on order timing. And it was not even busy inside. The order taker seemed rude to me and other customers, where other employees seemed nicer. I am guessing if I got in the other line/lane my experience would have been better. It was unfortunate. I was not happy with our visit this particular time we ordered our food and it took us about 30 minutes to get takeout order from ordering inside. I had to go back to the register and ask for our food which was sitting on the counter and nobody knew where it went we had our ticket and our order number and they just misplaced it and forgot it there. It was sitting there And it seemed like that happened quite a lot because other people were waiting just as long not sure if it was because new people and they didn't know the procedure or what but it was very disappointing and they did not offer to remake our food fresh, which was OK because we were in a hurry to leave anyway so Just very unfortunate that they happen. Food would have been ok if everything was fresh but unfortunately that wasn't our experience. read more

Pretty good fast food. The staff are always so nice. A lot of the staff are new and still learning. The inside is always clean; the drive-thru usually moves fast, with a short wait after paying for your food. I tried the fish sandwich with fries and it was a 9.5/10. Ordered 3 piece fish, fries, coleslaw and drink to dine in. Took awhile to get to my table. They did bring it to me. Went back for malt vinegar and girl looked confused when I asked. She eventually found some. Very nice cod but needed to be drained some more. Crust was crispy. Cole slaw OK a little heavy on mayo. The roll I got was stale and hard. Fries were very nice crinkle cut. It's a shame they have what appears to be quality food they just need to properly execute the preparation and cooking process. read more
