I was told it would be 15 minutes and there were chairs to wait as this Pizza Hut is Take Out and Delivery only. I think it took closer to 25 minutes. I can't fault them for that as they were making the pizzas as fast as they could and there were just a lot of orders ahead of mine. They had everyone check their orders before they left to make sure they were correct or needed to be fixed. I was given Parmesan cheese and napkins which I knew I'd need. A staff member began asking me to essentially prove that my order was wrong, requesting a specific part of the packaging before she'd agree to fix it. She then walked back to our table with me to inspect the receipt and my family's food for herself. I've never in my life had to prove that a restaurant made an error on my order in order to get it corrected. I was polite and even smiled when I took the receipt and the wrong order back to the counter and asked for a correction. The person who responded instantly made me a suspect. I guess, I forgot what part of the South I was in. The correct sandwich did eventually arrive, but by that point the experience had already soured the meal entirely.
