Food and service below expectations even for McDonalds, I was in On the morning of 3/22 and had to order from Kiosk, due to no register service. The kiosk is not user friendly and it would not let me order what I wanted, then it would not go to complete the order. You have to take a number and sit at the table for dine in service. They are trying hard I am sure, but miss somethings I ordered except hash brown patties. I ordered a coffee with Splenda and got a coffee with Equal. Aspartame causes me to have headaches. Equal has aspartame. I can tell immediately when I taste it. The staff could not understand the coffee was not made correctly. Unless you are ordering by number go somewhere else. The service and food used to be better, but for the prices they now charge you can go many places that are better. No napkins to be found and no one who can or is willing to speak English read more

I would give this place a negative 5 stars for the drive thru service if I could. Visit here at 3 pm today with my 5 yr old son and the young man at the food pickup window has to be the most rudest, unwelcoming and disrespectful customer facing worker I have ever encountered. This McDonald's is so very disappointing... Every morning they never fail to get my order wrong... Morning shift is rude and they rush to get out of line when the store isn't even busy. We order food and get to window they tell us we have to go back around to re-order another smoothie. They cut you off when you try order and explain the correct order. They tore down the other McDonalds and now have a much more modern one that is very "Zen". I miss the old one. I miss the playground with the kids running wild. Now I feel like I am in a Starbucks and when I order a "Frappe", I wish I had a "Frappacinno". Oh well. I still love my #2 without cheese. This place would get 5 stars if there was a picture of Mayor McCheese somewhere on the premises. this experience was insane. we pull up to the drive through and begin ordering then we hear a small voice say "i'm sorry." this wasn't a "i'm sorry, repeat that?" sorry.. this was a literal apology. we had no clue what they were apologizing for so we restarted the order. we follow along to the next window and add a medium coke to our order. the receipt shows everything was rung up perfectly. they hand us our food, which looked perfect. we get handed a medium coke and they send us on our way. but.. we were still waiting on an ice cream cone and a medium dr pepper. they asked us if we were waiting on a medium sprite and said it was on its way. nope... not a sprite. we let them know and we get our dr pepper. he then again sends us on our way. nope, we need our ice cream. a worker sashays to the machine and gives us a kiddie cone, which is not what i ordered. we said we weren't paying $2 for a kiddie cone and the worker rolls his eyes and attempts to get us a cone. well apparently their machine was empty and no one payed attention to that so we get charged for the tiny little cone, and lord knows we couldn't ask for a refund because these kids most definitely didn't know how to do that. if it's on the sheet when you ring it up, just fill that order. don't add all this extra shit and pay attention to your machines. is it that hard to just put together an order? these workers seemed very incompetent.. read more

It's McDonalds so you pretty much know what you're getting food wise and expect the employees to be hit or miss. The one star rating is due to the management/ownership's demonstrated lack of respect for basic customer service. If a customer has placed an order and can demonstrate that the order was not fulfilled, management shouldn't simply direct them to a faceless 1-800 number. FIX THE ORDER!! McDonalds makes BILLIONS of dollars... if they make a mistake, they should fix it. Especially when the cost of making it right is a maybe a dollar in food cost. I was shocked at being told to call an 800 number for assistance. Go to the McDs on Rodgers or down 401 if you're headed that way instead of this one. This McDonalds has always been my favorite one until now. My friends and I weren't able to drive so we walked from my friends neighborhood all the way to McDonalds because we just wanted some fries. When we got there we waited at the register for a while but no one came to help us, so we decided to go into the gas station next door to buy snacks and then come back. When we came back a few mins later the dining room was closed, but the drive through was still open. We really wanted our fries and since we didn't have a car we just walked through the drive through to order. Then the employee at the speaker said "this is a drive through, for cars, so GET THE FUCK OUT" and he was dead serious he wasn't even kidding. We said we just wanted to get food but they didn't care, and it wasn't our fault we didn't have a car. The drive through was open we were getting food and we're gonna pay, so we didn't see why they wouldn't serve us just because we weren't driving. An employee then actually let us inside but someone else was at the register and said the registers are closed. We argued with the employees and asked them how the fuck we were supposed to get are fries but they didn't care, and they flipped us of one the way out. As well as honking and rudely speeding by us when passing us as we walked home. We walked all that way for fries and they wouldn't give them to us no matter what. I work too and I understand not wanting to take orders at night but the customers and their satisfaction should always be the priority, and these bitches clearly don't give a fuck and I'm never going back unless it's to get a number to call corporate. read more

Third time... I get home (20 minutes away) and find my order is wrong. They can ring it up correctly but for some reason they can't get it out correctly. This time I'm fed up and call. I am told I need to bring the food back and they will correct it. I told him I'm 20 minutes away. If I didn't want to eat dinner with my family I would have eatten it in the car. He insisted I had to bring the food back. He could have taken the time to check with the person who took the order or the person who packed it but... nothing.
