Food is banging. The lady taking orders was absolutely miserable. It is really hot outside. I'm not sure the purpose of her being outside to take orders when both windows were working to give receipts and hand out the orders. The shaded area was far from where cars actually drive. She hardly wanted to step towards our car because of how hot it is. I get their reasoning for taking the orders somewhere before getting to the window but they need to implement a bigger shaded area or something and lighter colors uniforms. read more

This was a terrible experience. There was definite confusion in the air. The drive-through and lobby were crowded, and customers were definitely frustrated. There was plenty of food , but no order behind the counter. Young people working that couldn't articulate orders, 2 major spills, overflowing garbage, it was bad. It was the dirtiest Boja goes I've ever been in. What appeared to be an assistant manager walked through bu never addressed the waiting customers or gave orders to the confused and slow teens working behind the counter. Absolutely disgusting restaurant and restrooms. We ordered boneless chicken and we were served nuggets. One of the tables even had a used hairnet sitting on it. After we saw the restroom we asked for a refund. The manager finally came over, threw our food away and didn't even ask why we wanted a refund. Must be a common occurrence. read more

This is a nice and new @BeCajunBoTime that I came upon. So new you can't find the road on Google maps. I stopped here one day while driving, and used a coupon I had for a chicken dinner. The chicken was good, and the dirty rice was tasty as always. The inside was different with a curved countertop bar area where people could sit and watch the TV that was on the wall. The staff was nice and friendly. I think they might need to take a look at their plumbing in the male restroom. When I went in, there was "liquid" all over the floor. I let the manager know, and he was like it probably overflowed, and went to take a look at it, as if it happened before. Drove to the drive thru and was ordering biscuits and gravy. The employee who was taking orders was rude and obnoxious. After we sat in the drive thru line waiting our turn to place our order, the clerk informed us that they had stopped serving the breakfast platter.After checking their website I noticed that there was obviously a problem with the employees because there was a lot of negative reviews of the BOJANGLES in Wallace North Carolina and they experienced the same type of behavior from employees. My family and I have not been back to BOJANGLES and advise others against going. Bojangles is my breakfast guilty pleasure and I honestly keep my standards and expectations pretty low based on most that I go to. However, this Bojangles ran like a well machine. It was 6:30 in the morning. The employees were in a good mood. The employee who took my order, I believe her name was Aaliyah (I'm probably spelling that wrong.). Was great at her job. Very efficient ordertaking, pleasant attitude , and made a helpful recommendation. Then when I needed a drink refill, she was right on it, and was at the counter right as I approached with zero waiting time. She honestly just had great energy and so did everyone working that day. This is random, but I really appreciate it having to catch up available to grab freely at the counter (I hate having to ask for more ) I also noticed the efficiency of the drive-through lanes. Compliments to the chef, this meal was excellent. Superior chicken sandwich. Best Mac and cheese of my life. Upon finishing my sandwich, I went back through the drive thru to give the employee that made my meal a (consensual) kiss on the forehead because it was just that good. Fantastic. read more

Not only was the food fresh, hot and delicious.....the employees and general manager are angels. My family was traveling through NC (Wallace store specifically) and I left my wallet hanging on a chair. Not only did Justin/employees retrieve it - but contacted us that they had it. After troubling them (and Sr. Supervisor - Cameron)...they offered to FedEx the wallet back to us. We tried to give them a reward from the cash in it....and they wouldn't accept it. We stayed there for 45 mins just waiting on chicken wings to get done then once done got our order wrong instead of 16 pieces they gave us 12, which was the 3rd persons order. Easily the best Bo J's I've been to. The place was clean and conveniently located a busy road toward the beach right off of 40. Great place for Truckers to stop and grab a bite since there is Semi and Trailer parking. The service was quick and polite. The manager took our order, who was a very polite dude. I ordered the 4 piece chicken supreme with a biscuit, he ended up giving me an extra chicken tender as well. And as always, at every Bo J's the food was great! read more

What an embarrassment for the Bojangles chain. The crew chief Crystal mismanaged the entire restaurant. No iced tea made, ran out of pinto beans, had to wait for a long time for food and wasn't crowed at all. Lots of workers doing very little unless you count sitting outside on your cellphone. Tables were dirty. Ridiculous. Every customer in line complained. Not only were they slow, poorly trained, but didn't seem to care. When the tea was made, I asked for a refill (since the self-serve tea station was empty). I was given a cup full of tea without any ice in it. All I can say is their huge parking lot is way too big. Nobody in a hurry or expecting quality service and legendary ICED tea, keep on driving! read more

I do not recommend this location at all. The staff had us pull forward because they were cooking our fries. After a five minute wait they brought COLD fries to the car. On top of that, they only brought fries for ONE of our combos. They don't have time to get orders right, but had plenty time to laugh and talk with people's food in their hands. read more

If I could leave a negative star I would. I'm from out of state and stopped here to grab food through the drive-thru. First off I've never waited so long through a drive through in my life even for McDonald's during breakfast rush time and I was the only one in the line. there were so many people working in the back. Then when I finally got my food, They only gave me 3 tenders when I asked for 4 and I received absolutely zero fries. I asked and I had to go inside and waited an additional 20 min for a small fries. This was my first experience with "bojangles" and honestly I can see why everyone loves their biscuits, they really are legendary. The chicken to me felt like your average fast food fried chicken, don't get me wrong it was delicious but the biscuits totally stole the show for me personally. The restaurant itself was very well kept, clean and everything was fully stocked in the dining room. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful, especially this being our first time, overall if we find ourselves on another road trip down south I will make sure to grab another lunch here! Had drive away from this bojangles twice because they didn't have what I wanted. One time they didn't have chicken wings, I realize they you can run out, but i was a major inconvenience. The other time, they could not provide us with with a spoon. When we ask she went to the back for five minutes and brought a fork. We proceeded to ask for a spork and the lady told us they don't have sporks. (Bojangles always has sporks!!) How are you supposed to eat mashed potatoes with out a spoon. Forgetting the bad experiences i had, I just feel that the food doesn't taste good. Other bojangles are better. read more

We usually love Bo J's, but this particular was the worst one we've ever been to. We stopped at dinner time on our way home from the beach- and, honestly, wished we hadn't. My first impression was very dirty glass doors, and then I went into the bathroom- not any better! The young man who took our order was polite and professional, but the rest of the staff behind the counter were unprofessional, unpleasant, lazy, and lacking basic work skills! The middle-aged lady (not sure if she was a manager or not) was loudly and constantly berating the other employees the entire time we were in the restaurant. She was so worried about how poorly they were doing their jobs that she couldn't keep everyone's orders straight. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but several tables stayed dirty and untouched, and both tea dispensers in the public area were completely empty. Seems like they need new management!!!! I hope the owner pays attention to this review and fixes the problem before they ruin Bojangles reputation. read more

Saturday August 8, 2015 I waited 15 minutes on line waiting to pay, after paying I waited nearly one hour for my meal. This is the worst managed fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was very lackadaisical while serving the patrons. They ran out of biscuits, fries and chicken and didn't replace it on a timely manner, seemed like they waited for things to run out before cooking some more. I will not be going back anytime soon. This restaurant needs a manager that can motivate it's wait staff to hustle while there are people on line waiting. read more
