By far the worst Zaxbys I've experienced. Not only was the food I received cold and not to mention the fries were stale. Service was not only slow but having to hear staff say "these people need to go home instead of here" is utterly disrespectful. It was very dirty. Worst Zaxby's I've ever had. Smallest amount of chicken. Even the art high up on the walls was dirty. It just looked sticky wherever you looked. Zaxbys buildings as a standard are nicely furnished and such. I wnt through the drive thru last night may 04 2025...pulled up to the drive through and was told just a min..5 mins go by still have not come to take my order ..so I preceded to pull up to the window and it's 3 girls just standing thr talking they looked at me and turned thr heads and continued on with thr conversation between the 3..I sat thr about 2-3 more mins before they opened the window and I placed my order..while im sitting thr waiting on my order another 5-10 mins .the window remained open while 2 of the girls continued on with thr conversation..and as thr conversation continued and im sitting waiting on my order ..the profanity that was coming out thr mouths was so unprofessional..the service was VERY VERY VERY POOR!!!they CUSSED MORE Than A SAILOR..those 3 girls needs to be retrained or fired!!!!..Michon Johnson read more

Evan C. has obviously not taken previous feedback into consideration. This place was a true slap to the Zaxbys name since I have been to many others and have always had a pleasant experience. You enter and there is no one working at the counter. Come to find out they are sitting at a table with friends while they are on the clock. Our order is taken and food comes out fairly quickly, but the front counter staff doesn't notice because she is back to sitting at a table with friends. I have to get up and go to the counter and act like I need something to get my food. The big zax snack I got was abysmal, the fries had zero seasoning, the bread was just plain white bread with no flavor, and the tenders were tiny and extremely dry. The tenders tasted oddly sweet and were certainly cooked in fryer oil that had not been changed in forever. Absolutely disgusting. Prior to this, I was desperate for some cold refreshment and lo and behold the machine has no ice, the drinks are flat and warm! I got ice from the other machine and had flat lukewarm soda. I barely ate anything. At the same time this is happening the workers are with friends near the counter screaming their heads off and dancing, talking about how "this place needs to be cleaned". The tables and floors were disgusting, there was trash everywhere, the napkin/condiment station was disgusting/not restocked. Everything about this place was horrible and a disgrace to Zaxbys. We were both hungry and love Zaby's so we found one in Wallace N.C. I headed for the bathroom and would not touch anything without a paper towel in my hand disgustingly filthy. Came out and my wife and a gentleman was standing there, I asked has anyone taken our order, the man said I don't think anyone works here. After 4 to 5 minutes our order was taken. I was surprised that it came out so quickly. I learned quickly why the order was out so fast. The toast was ice cold, the chicken fingers were the size of middle finger, and lukewarm @ best. We ordered crispy fries they were like a limp noodle and almost ice cold. My wife tells me that there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the ladies room, we ate as much as we could stomach and headed out the door. Never again will we ever go there again, what a waste of money. This place needs a lot of help.I would have given no stars if it was possible. read more

Never again will we stop there . We were looking for a quick lunch to get back on the road to home , nope nothing quick about it . All I wanted was a fried chicken sandwich , nothing on it , not even pickles and a drink . We also ordered a fried chicken sandwich meal - it came with fries and a beverage. Ordering took forever , not easy at all, we got our drink cups and walked over to the beverage machines ; iced tea and soda. There was no lemonade, so no Arnold Palmer , so we settled on two sodas. I asked about the receipt we were given , and inquired why it was so much . They had over charged us for my lone sandwich , and it was difficult for them to correct the issue. The sandwiches came , taking super long. They were just ok , not well seasoned and appeared over cooked. , the fries were terrible - not fried well and cold. The positive note - the drink cup was biodegradable. Hands down Chick-fil-A is superb over Zaxby's. read more

The food ain't bad. But everything else SUCKS ASS!!!! We couldn't even get soda because it was nothing but carbonated water, the tea didn't even taste good it taste like it's been sitting there. Me and my wife went to go see down and in the window seal was a little sign idk what it said because I noticed first that their was a squished fly all over right before I sat down to eat. I throw that bullshit behind me because that shit is fucking nasty. If they had better employees I would have given more than 1 star. asked for extra fries in my meal and i only got 7 fries in my plate i would go back and crash out but imma let it slide do better.

i'm gonna be nice and give them a three in hopes of improved business in the future. passing through here on a road trip, got the app, placed a mobile order and waited patiently. a few minutes roll by the app tells me my order is ready so i awkwardly stand near the counter awaiting my food. a few mins go by and one of the workers at the counter tells me we're just waiting on tea and i say okay. 10 mins roll by nobody mentions the tea finishing or what not but my girlfriend and i approach the counter since the app told her her food is ready. the guy behind the counter is like talking to his coworkers about customers being up front (us) and someone comes around to help us in a minute or so. low and behold they give us both our orders and we go on our way. I got the grilled chicken sandwich meal and it was pretty good maybe a 6/7 the bun was like moist and the whole thing kinda felt microwaved which is understandable and probably how they make it but i would've liked more than the sprinkle of lettuce they decided to give me. fries were mediocre slash good i ate them all and felt satisfied for my meal. tea was great no complaints there. pretty clean establishment in the lobby. would go again read more

They have a very good buffalo sauce if you like salads get one with buffalo chicken overall it's not the best chicken in town

Not only did this zaxbys not have fresh salad items, but they did not supply sauce, or seasoning on the fry's. Our groups order was extremely substandard since we requested no blue cheese for an allergy reason and still had it placed on the salad. The staff was less than satisfactory since they would not listen and we had to repeat our order multiple times. The main cashier even slammed the side door on our groups car. I visit this zaxbys on a pretty regular basis. At this point, it is not because the food is that good, nor the fact that I love chicken. They are literally 1 of 3 possible chicken restaurants in the city. My order is almost always wrong and today I received dry chicken and ranch instead of zaxbys sauce. Went today , and the place was incredibly mismanaged. There was urine on the floor in bathroom. There were no napkins or condiments, spilled drinks on the floor , empty table were nasty , workers were standing around talking behind the counter , and the cashier never even spoke when taking my order. It is with a heavy heart I have to award this Zaxbys only 2 stars. Unclean restaurant. Poor service. I went out of my way to stop here while traveling. Ordered only 2 milkshakes. The food was great as always with any experience I've had at any Zaxby's. This experience and review was inspired solely off of the customer service experience. We were told to wait for our food since it would take a couple moments longer. We waited in the car for ten minutes and our food was brought out to us without any of the sauces we had ordered. We were then told that they would bring the sauces out and at that point we had opened our food and realized we had not gotten a ranch for the wings n things and so we waited until the young lady so we could let her know. 5 minutes went by and I ended up walking in and was told that one of the sauces was brought out to the car but if we wanted the others we ordered we'd have to pay 25 cents. I told them not to worry about that but we were missing a ranch and was then asked if we "looked in the box" like that wasn't the first place we looked and as if I was not telling the truth. I was then told we could have it but again if we wanted anymore we would have to pay 25 cents. We were just looking for a fast food experience and ended up spending 30 minutes and that was absolutely no sentiment about the timeframe or level of service. read more

we went through the drive-thru on our way home from the beach. They were very friendly, fast and food was good. My salad was very fresh.

My grandmother loves this place she said the mushrooms are amazing and staff are friendly.
