I love the Bojangles' chain. They have great food. This particular location though has the rudest people working there. The people who work the drive through ALWAYS seem to have attitude. I generally only go by this location once a month but every time, the person in the drive through is rude. Go INTO Wilson. The location by the mall, 1800 Parkwood Blvd W, has much friendlier staff. Bojangles serves up really tasty breakfast sandwiches and awesome iced tea. Much better then McD's or even Burger King for breakfast - plus you can get your iced-tea by the half gallon! read more

If you are traveling with kids, other humans or are just a human yourself...don't stop here. We've recently made stopping at Bojangles on our way back up the coast every year a tradition and this was a huge let down. We got the family variety feast...other locations have given us paper plates, which we thought was so nice and normal for them...but then again they gave us napkins, cups, straws and plasticware too...not in Wilson! I waited and waited and went in, they lost my order, wanted to stand me down on how long I waited, so I pulled up the bank account where we swiped, had to tell them everything we ordered and from the point I swiped to the point I got food in hand was 28 mins. In the drive thru, I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and two bo berry biscuits. The lady repeated the wrong order so when I correct the order, she interrupts me, "what else do you want?" Before I could say anything she says, "four fifty four!" I drive around, pay for the order and drive 15 minutes to my house. At my house, I open the wrap and I have a chicken biscuit instead of an egg and cheese. So I drive another 15 minutes back to the store. I explain to them that I received the wrong order half an hour ago. She turns around and looks at the chutes, picks up an egg/cheese and gives it to me. I then ask, "is this the biscuit you meant to put in my bag?" She responds, "yes." I say, "so this biscuit is half an hour old?" She responds, "yes." I then have to ask for a fresh biscuit. I wait another 10 minutes and notice the kitchen staff prepare an egg/cheese biscuit and put it in the chute. No other employees notice so I have to tell them myself that it's ready. I stopped in here on my way to Florida on 12-24-2019 for a late lunch. I had several options, but for some reason I wanted Bojangles. The cashier was "Akavia." So, pulling in to the parking lot I noticed that there were a few cars outside. Upon entering, I noticed that there were a few people. I then go to wash my hands. Bathroom was clean!! Bonus points!! The guy had just finished cleaning it so I thought this is very promising. Then it was time to order. I ordered a two piece dinner (white meat), coleslaw and a large lemonade. The meal comes with a biscuit. My order comes up just as I had placed it. Hot chicken, hot biscuit, cold coleslaw and cold drink. The chicken was consistent with what I was expecting. Nice and flavorful, not greasy. Coleslaw was good, but kind of picklely (meaning almost too many pickles). The lemonade was good!! It hit the spot and I got a refill to go with me. read more

I've had nothing but problems with this Bojangles. They hardly ever get my order right. All the workers are always just standing around talking. It takes so long for the food to be ready. Sunday night is apparently LOCALS NIGHT at this restaurant just off I95. Strange but there are about 6 or 7 motels around it! Spouse and I went in and had several long looks from the patrons already there. We ordered and sat at a table against the window & lady at table next to us turned and said, " wondering who was sitting behind me" spouse said we aren't dangerous, just hungry. I went back to condiments station to get straws and sauce and a,bout 29 pairs of eyes followed me. When I got back to table, spouse stood up & said, " we aren't from here but from OBX and we are returning from a cruise and love to stop at Wilson because it is always friendly and nice" Applause & laughter! read more

We went here for lunch and ordered the special 2 piece dark meat with lemonade for $5 with 1 fixing (rice)). We also had the 2 piece dark white meat breast and wing and 1 fixing and sweet tea ($6.89). Both were very good and crispy. Place was crowded with long lines but it went quick. Service was friendly. I go to Bojangles quite a bit. Normally the locations are clean, this one however was terrible. The sanitation rating was a 92.5/100, not sure what was the reason behind the score. Basing it off of the well fed cockroach looking bug right by the front line, that might have played a factor in it. The dining room had quite a bit of dirty tables. Including an employee who appeared to be sleeping. Now coming in we were about an hour and a half before closing. They were already closing everything down, which I felt to be strange. I could see maybe thirty minutes but not an hour and a half. They were *out* of quite a bit of food. The fries were cold, biscuits were burnt. Overall the Service, Cleanliness, and food were so terrible that I will not be back. read more

Being from the north and living in MD, we don't have/get Bojanles' often so this was a treat. The Chicken and biscuits were spot on. The chicken was flavored well and had a hint of spicy bite. The biscuits were baked perfectly, and the fries had a good Cajun seasoning. All and all we were glad we saw the sign and stopped to eat there. read more

I'd never been to or even seen a Bojangles until fairly recently. For those similarly uninformed, Bojangles is a regional chain that competes with KFC and Popeye's. Their chicken is spicier and has a bit more "kick" than either of those, though, and their biscuits are better. This particular Bojangles is pretty standard compared to the few others in Wilson I've been to. In addition to chicken (bone-in and boneless strips), Bojangles also does a sausage biscuit (with or without egg) as their core breakfast offering that puts other fast food places to shame, although it's supposedly not as good as Flo's Kitchen in Wilson. read more

I've been to this bojangles many times as I am a local. Every single time something is wrong with my order and I have to tell them and wait for them to fix it. Every single time. It's not that complicated to read the order printout. And always have to wait for cheddar bo. They never seem to have any ready. This last visit they were out of tea and told me it would be 7 min. Really? You advertise your sweet tea and you're out? That is one thing you should never run out of. read more

Food is always sub par compared to other Bojangles. We've consistently had cold food, hard biscuits, burnt biscuits. Staff doesn't give great Customer Service. Had to write Corporate plenty of times. It's terrible that this is the closest Bojangles to our home. We take a gamble maybe once every 3 months. And when we do, they always let us down. read more
