My review is only for an online order and drive-up. I complete ed my order via the app - simple and straightforward. There was a coupon so that was a score! Order was placed with a pick-up time of about 15 mins. We arrived at the location, the drive-up was marked clearly so we knew where to go. Pulled up - waited a few mins. A staff member greeted us, asked for my name, and handed us the order. Simple. Got home, the over all order was correct. chipotle is okay, but their daytime and nighttime customer service is ass. i am beyond upset because i live here. The workers obviously dont want to be there I went there to get some food today. This man that was sitting there waiting because they don't have a lot of people working. He was sitting there waiting for a while actually when the lady approached him finally he said hey how was your day going and she just looked at him and then he ordered because she didn't say anything. like how are you treating customers like that. meanwhile, the lady in the back cooking her body language was just horrible. She looked like she didn't want to be there. She just threw the top of the raw chicken that was in a plastic bag on the countertop it fell. She left it there and just continue what she was doing cooking on the grill like just sitting there watching that makes me uncomfortable and shortly after the people that were behind us left and we left too because I'm not spending money on a place with people that aren't treating customers right.PERIOD. this is real and this is the truth. this isnt a one time occurrence either, EVERY-TIME I've been going for the past three times the service is horrible and seriously do not recommend spending your money on this poor service. Hit or miss, they are missing ingredients constantly and they refuse to refill them. If you plan on going to eat for dinner or later, plan on them missing Guacamole, cheese, sour cream or another main stay ingredient. It's a shame because I love chipotle but this one is more miss than hit, then you get stuck with a half complete meal for $12+. read more

This place is usually fairly clean. So far I've only been a few times and two of those times I got the beef Barbacoa bowl. It was delicious. Definitely double protein for me as I like meat! However, the most recent time I went was crunchy totally ruined the whole meal seeing how it is, all mixed up. Apart from that, I like eating here. This is the WORST chipotle I've ever encountered. On multiple occasions they've just locked the doors at around 3pm in the middle of the day. Without a notice or note for customers to be informed. The staff will watch you tug at the doors and let you stand there. There is a sign outside that states the store stays open until 11pm. Though they will lock the doors whenever WITHOUT A NOTICE OR NOTE. Is that not unprofessional and an inconvenience to all customers? Not only that but will just leave things out of your order WITHOUT NOTICE. Just a nice note would suffice. Staff has gotten a bit better with new management but when he is not on the shift things are noticeably worse. The chips are often times stale and not fresh at all. Please save your money/ frustration and come eat here at 11am when they open or choose somewhere else for a decent meal. read more

It's Thursday 10/17/24 8:00pm...This is the second time I have gone inside the Wilson NC location and had this same exact employee fix our bowls with an attitude. The more employees that came in, the more careless and frustrated he became. He put queso in the bowl when we said chicken. There was no more pico, guacamole, lettuce, or sour cream, up front! UP FRONT!!! I'm so tired of going there and they wait til something is completely out before they start cooking or bringing more out. It should always be fully stocked up front. Especially at lunch or dinner time. We ordered 3 bowls. He had to go and get everything from the drive thru supply, but when we needed pico, he says they're out...yet we are literally WATCHING the girl at the drive thru side PACKING pico into a bowl...I say "she's got pico down there".. he says "she's probably using it for something else"... Huh??? What else would she be using pico for???? I said "you're telling us there's no more pico but there is down there and now you're saying she's using it for something else???" He proceeds to walk off. He goes to who's next in line as if he's done with us. A girl walks up to finish his job and ring us up and I say "can you please get us some pico from down there please?" She gets us a side of it with no problem whatsoever. This is the second time I've encountered this guy and he was rude and impatient both times. The first time he was short and snappy with the woman in front of me because she had trouble ordering because it was her first time there. On her way out she said it also was gonna be her last time there. Customer service is definitely not for this guy. These bowls are not cheap and if we are paying customers then we should get what we pay for without being rushed and lied to and/or having to experience such rude behavior from an employee. He needs a different position there. If he doesn't like his job he should quit. He didn't greet us or crack one smile the entire time. He looked stressed. He definitely doesn't need to be upfront. It makes Chipotle look bad. read more

Despite the drive-thru being closed and the drink machines having limited selections, the service inside was outstanding and the food exceeded expectations for a new franchise in Wilson. I am sure the other issues will work themselves out with the drive thru and drink machines, but don't let this keep you from trying a delicious, healthier alternative to the multitude of fast food offerings in Wilson. read more

Everything was pretty solid for the most part until I got to the queso...I'm really disappointed about that but it was by far the worst thing on the menu. I wish I could get a refund on that but it's fine. The food presentation was awesome so they do a good job on that. read more

There's an african american male worker there that dropped my burrito that he tried putting in the bag to checkout and didn't even remake it and acted like nothing happen. first of all when i got in I was the only person in the store/in line and the same worker took 10-15 mins just to come up front after asking 2 other workers to assist me since he didn't want to work and kept scrolling on his phone while rolling his eyes. every time i go in he's so lazy and extremely rude. i asked what the window was for and he laughed and walked away for 5 mins after not assisting me in the drive thru. i'm sorry i didn't know it was a drive thru so i asked and he was completely immature and unprofessional. it takes 30 mins just to get one bowl or burrito cause they don't want to work and sigh while rolling their eyes when you go to order. That african american male worker needs to be fired and a couple others. very unwelcoming place. will tell all my friends to never go there. this place is legit trash and sucks read more

The workers were really nice and they put the perfect amounts in my burrito bowl. One of the best chipotles I've been to in a while!
