She promptly emailed me around 15 properties that fit the bill. I trimmed the list down to about 7 that I was interested in and she set up appointments to see them all. I will never understand why someone looking for a house would not use a buyers agent. They do all the work for you and you don't have to pay them. Their commission is split with the seller's agent. Not a dime out of your pocket! Carol was very helpful when I was looking at houses. She asked a lot of questions I would never have known to ask of the seller's agents. Who is going to pay to remove something (asbestos tile), who is responsible for bringing something up to code, etc. It's nice to have someone in your corner who has your best interest in mind.
