This dump of a business is a huge rip off. Cheap bad quality tires should be their motto. Had 4 tires replaced that were only 4 months old but the car was damaged. Looks like they took it for a joy ride and then denied doing any damage. The fix cost me more than the tires. This business should close. read more

I was referred to them by some friends of family members. After work I went by to see if they'd check one of my tires. Never been there before, and I didn't see any parking but I know at my oil change place you just drive up to the bay and they come out to ask what you need. So I saw an empty bay and drove up to it, but after about 30 seconds when nobody appeared, I turned off my car and started getting out to go inside when a truck pulled up behind me and the driver laid down on the horn. And then again and again so I cranked my car and a mechanic at the bay beside me looked annoyed and motioned his arm and told me to move. So I did as quickly as I could and just kept going ...no idea where they expected me to park so I left. I didn't want to even talk to them after that. The worst part is that they clearly see I'm a female by myself and obviously could've used some polite guidance. If anyone from Bolick's is reading this, consider that not everybody pulling up is a repeat customer--some of us have never been there before and are used to just pulling up to a bay and a kind person coming out to talk and say something like "pull around here, or you can park over there" anything except just sit there and look mad and blow the horn and wave me out of the way. I could've been a repeat customer but I don't ever plan to return. read more

We replaced the original tires on our Subaru when they wore out at Bolick's Tire. They gave us the best price and the tires have given good service. On a trip to Asheville I picked up a nail in one tire. I took it to Bolick's and they fixed the puncture and would not let me pay for the repair. They are always courteous and we always get good value there. read more

Not pleased. Was there 2weeks ago. Got 2 tires. Went back because driving funny. Turns out needed to replace 2 other tires. Thats fine. But had them to check spare if it woukd be better than the 2 on it.. When took cover off it was old and came apart. Instead of asking me what I wanted to do with it, I saw worker walking across parking lot with it and watched him put it in his car. Not cool. Was told at checkout that they "disposed" of it for me. Didn't realize they kept teash can in workers small white vehicle! Not cool. Then I realized my center was missing from my wheel rim on the spare. Before they had my car I had all 5 centers. I bought 4 new tires on 7/2/2019 from Bolick's Tire. They ordered the tires and promised to call when in. They never called as promised, I had to call them. After I called, they said to come right in to get them installed. After waiting over an hour, they were very busy, they finally took my car in. I asked to keep the two rear tires as they had good tread left on them and to put them into the trunk. When completed, I paid my bill and went to leave. I checked the trunk and no tires. (strike 1) I had to go to the mechanic to get my tires which were still in the shop. After I left I noticed a warning light indicating low tire pressure on the left rear tire, 15 PSI, should be 33 PSI. I returned to the shop and showed them that all four tires had different tire pressure, 44, 41, 36 and 15 PSI. They told me that they only had a manual tire pressure gauge and could not be exact with the pressure. (strike 2) Really, a tire place can't be exact with tire pressure ?) When I got home I noticed many greasy hand/fingerprints all over my car on the door, fender, window and wheels. Very careless and poor customer service in my opinion. (strike 3), game over! The salesman made a good impression initially when I ordered my tires and quoted a fair price. But after having the work done I wasn't very impressed with their operation. I would never do business with Bolick's tire again. read more

Prices are great, but only if you can afford to spend triple the estimated time for very simple service without a word of apology from an a employee. Value your time, go elsewhere. read more

Wow, what a busy place! But they get you in and out faster than you would expect. I was surprised at the attention they pay to you with the whole place filled with customers. They slow down and focus on you and don't bounce from customer to customer until it is their turn. Prices are a little higher than Walmart. read more

This place used to do good work, but not anymore. Now it is disorganized and run poorly. Last two times I took my car there this year it took several days for them to get the work done - this was minor stuff oil change, etc. They are not very nice when you call to ask if your car is ready either. I asked for a price on new tires - this is a tire place they say they sell tires only to be told we don't have any tires in stock. This was after looking at tire company websites who have them listed as a dealer. Walmart does a better, faster, cheaper job! read more

These are the best people I've ever dealt with getting new tires for my Ford Ranger and just moving here from Georgia. They are quick and good with getting you in and out.
