He gave me the name of several places around Buffalo and this one happened to be the closest and most convenient for me to get to. When I walked in I was greeted right away by a man behind the meat counter. I told him what I needed, bone-in skin-on chicken thighs for deep frying, and he got my order together as I shopped for falafel mix, garbanzo beans, and a jar of some roasted red peppers. I looked around and they had many other things I'd like to go back for another time. My order was waiting for me at the register when I was ready. The meat was fresh, and the price was right. Compared to other eastern European stores in the area, they have a smaller selection, but carry some different items than what I've seen elsewhere. But overall I'd recommend the store if you enjoy Eastern European goods!

(if I have any complaint at all, it's that the heating instructions are quite small and sometimes hard to read, especially if the ink blurs due to moisture when frozen.) As soon as I ordered, I realized, no one would be home on the dates it would arrive so I sent Parker's an email. Within an hour or two, I heard back from Jessica who had already rescheduled our shipment for a week later as requested.
