We've been looking to find our go-to Indian spot around here, and Bollywood pretty much ended the search. This had the variety of items and flavors we were looking for. Bold spice, real depth, nothing watered down or playing it safe. The kind of meal where the table goes quiet because everyone's enjoying their plate. The staff was a bit quite, but attentive, and felt genuine not forced, not scripted. Whether you already love Indian food or you're just getting into it, this place delivers. Great service and yummy food. The portions are very generous. I was with my son so we got something more on the kid-friendly side, but I likely will choose something different next time. We had the chicken basmati rice and a mild vegetarian curry dish. And then of course naan and cucumber raita, which I think balances all of the flavors very nicely. We also had the pistachio ice cream for dessert. I seriously cannot wait to go back. The inside is clean with cloth table coverings and napkins. So I'm always on the hunt for Indian food, it's my favorite cuisine by far. We saw this place a couple of months ago but we haven't had time until recently and decided to finally check them out. Wasn't aware it was down the street from BS, so now we're even more conflicted lol. I want to apologize we didn't get any of the staffs name but I will say I enjoyed all of them immensely. They were funny and helpful, honestly more places need to have staff like this. I will say that in terms of selection, it's a bit more varied in some regards to BS and we were pleased with everything we got. I got the Chicken Korma, Saag Paneer and Garlic cheese Naan ( which is new for me because I love Poori and Roti better than Naan usually ). All were fantastic, even being just medium it was still tasty. Chicken was tender and the sauce was creamy. I haven't meet a paneer dish I've disliked so the Saag was good. Definitely would get again. He got Lamb and saag paneer as well, both mild, and he said he really enjoyed it. The Saag Paneer and the Garlic Naan was his favorite. The sautéed mushrooms are really good, we really enjoyed those a lot. I think next time I will try the tandoori chicken wings and vegetable pakora. I also got a Mango Lassi, and it had a great texture and taste, I'm used to it being a little bit thinner so it being thicker was a nice surprise. We were given some tasty Gulab Jamun and Kheer, which I can appreciate. My only thing I'd asked for next time is some lemon for my rice. Honestly service was great, it was fast and courteous and the staff were great. We'll be back for sure. read more

The service was wonderful. All servers were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. I ordered on the mild side and they gladly brought me their homemade chili sauce to add. It was amazing. The restaurant was very pleasant and clean. I recommend trying this new addition to our choices. The only thing I would caution is that rice is not included with the meal but they did bring me a plate at no charge. I do feel White rice should be served. This was our first time visiting this fairly new place. Our food was very tasty. My wife requested hers with no spice. I got my dish with medium spice level and it was just right. This was the first time my daughter and I have tried Indian food. We loved it! The waiters were very attentive and nice. My daughter ordered the chicken coconut curry, and I ordered the butter chicken. The waiter asked the spice level and we chose mild. We shared white rice and the garlic cheese nan. We shared a mango lassi, which was terrific. We also tried the gulab juman (which tasted like a fresh doughnut soaked in syrup) and the kulfi mango ice cream (which was very sweet and mild, I think children would love this dessert). We also loved the papadam and all the things to put on it given as an appetizer. Everything was terrific. My daughter said the chicken was her favorite. I loved trying everything, but the mango lassi was my favorite. It will be hard to order something different than the butter chicken and the garlic cheese naan next time because they were so good. First time here.... Ordered chicken vindaloo and husband ordered chicken tiki masala. Food was good and service was good. But what was bad is the price! Although the menu price did not look out of line, they charge for rice! The rice was an extra $9.90 above the price of the meals. We should have gone just down the road to one of the other 2 Indian restaurants, which have same price for meals, same quality, but include the rice at no charge. I wasn't sure I was into Indian food after going to Bombay Sitar and not really liking it, but this restaurant has changed my mind. Their chicken tikka masala is SO GOOD. The naan is so fresh and delicious. I have ordered from here three times in the past month. The service is also great. The owners are really nice. The only thing I will say is that don't have alcohol but that didn't really dissuade me. read more

The food was excellent. I came home that night and I looked up the Indian cucumber, tomato salad and I made it for a picnic this weekend and it went over huge the cumin. Brand new Indian place---went on a Saturday night at about 5:30 pm. Ambiance was great with stylish decorations and cloth tablecloths plus specially folded cloth napkins. We dined here for the first time and could not believe how friendly and attentive the service was. The food was also outstanding -- we were particularly blown away by the coconut curry. It was amazing. For the person who complained about rice not being included with your meal -- in India not everyone eats rice with their curries, particularly in the north where breads are more commonly preferred. So you have a choice to order bread or rice (and the rice is only $4.95). So get over it. This place is really good! read more
