I have been coming to this location for about 3.5 years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had here. My regular technician is currently out for the month, so I was assigned to a newer technician. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I normally wouldn't mind this if an experienced technician was supervising. Unfortunately, that did not happen. During my eyebrow threading, I actually experienced nicks on my eyelids from the threading, which has never happened in the entire 3.5 years I've been coming here. The lash service was also very disappointing. My lashes were clearly uneven, and when I politely asked the technician to double-check them, I was initially told "it looks fine." After asking again if they could see the difference, they offered to add more lashes to one eye, but the issue was not that I needed more -- the lashes needed to be balanced and corrected. I also specifically asked that the lashes not extend to the outer corner of my eye, which was followed on only one eye. The service took nearly two hours, which is much longer than usual. Throughout the process, the technician repeatedly asked me to show pictures of what I wanted, which made the appointment feel uncertain and unprofessional. I ultimately left with uneven lashes, uneven eyebrows, and visible nicks on my eyelids. After spending over two hours there, I didn't feel comfortable allowing further corrections from someone who seemed unsure of the service. This experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been a loyal customer for several years. Don't go here for your services, especially Brazillian waxes. They use the wrong wax and strips which causes irritation and pain. Also they don't really care about their clients because they burn you with the wax and instead of fixing their mistakes they cover up by trying to work over it. I had to walk out mid process because they hurt me THAT bad. I walked out with wax still on my body, a big chuck too. The whole piece is sitting there as we speak and now I have to go somewhere else to fix their mistakes. read more

This was my first time here, and I got the threading eyebrow service. The entire experience was great. They are located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. They have a check-in system that let you know your wait time and when you are next via phone. It allowed one person to make a quick run to the store nearby without losing their spot, although the wait averaged 7 minutes for a walk-in on a Tuesday evening. The store was very clean throughout with a small amount of merchandise for purchase like makeup. The lady was very nice and did a great job on my brows for $11. I didn't like that they only had 2 options for payment, which was cash and credit card, and they charge you $1 to use your credit card. read more
