Every appointment was basically we tell them our timeframe needs, they tell us a time that works to bring the car in for an appointment, and then....we get our car back like 5 hours later. With three kids, school, sports, work etc, it doesn't work to sit around for five hours to switch the snow tires out. At Point S, we made an appointment for 3:00 Monday to get a new set of Nokian One's for the Sienna, and my wife drove away at 3:30!!! We were so pumped. We will definitely be doing all our tire work here from now on. Even with the drive from Bellingham, it's well worth the time saved wondering how long it's going to take at the other place. They patched the hole within minutes, and even advised us to check if we had a warranty with the place we had purchased the tire from (which was discount tires). As it turned out, there was a warranty, which I hadn't even thought of. I can't say enough about the integrity of this place, not only did they help us out when they could have easily (and understandably) have turned us away, but they were so honest and helpful in guiding us on the warranty issue. Although I am using my warranty for the tire replacement in this situation, I will say without a doubt, that when the time comes to replace my tires altogether on this car or on the other two vehicles we own, we will most certainly be returning to Les Schwab.
