Not only did Joe get to me quickly on a Friday night, but he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was on the side on the road on I-4, cars speeding by and he hooked me up and towed my car to the dealership in no time. Horrible experience. They offered no rate sheet to explain their charges after towing my vehicle in front of my house. The dispatcher threatened to tow my other vehicle in their parking lot while I was driving back to get it with my wife and kids after they said it was no problem to stay there. The vehicle was only there for half an hour. The dispatcher was incredibly rude and management should have a talk with him about how to treat customers with respect. I own a custom lifted truck and I felt very safe that Bolton's Towing service came to the rescue for my 32" lifted Ford F-250 when a wheel bearing suddenly gave out. The owner came promptly in a clean and capable semi truck with a low boy trailer to help bring my truck back home to get fixed. The driver/owner picked me up on a Friday right before rush hour traffic on I-4 (the most deadly interstate in the US) He loaded up my truck and strapped down the tires and didn't use any chains to secure, as requested (Truck frame is powder coated) and brought me down my small private dirt road and dropped me off right in front of my house AND even helped me get the wounded truck down the driveway without further damage by jacking up the bad bearing side and walking the floor jack as I drove my truck down the drive way. We were in a tough situation, with a disassembled vehicle at a defunct body shop. Called Bolton's pretty much desperate for help. They were kind, understanding, courteous and Tyler walked me thru everything. They were prompt in returning my calls, and professional thru out the entire process. It was pouring out, these guys worked hard in the miserable weather to get the job done.
