A good friend needed a starter and her car was stuck 45 minutes south. Elier was great, he was able to get to the car faster than the owner of the car and pulled it out of a tough parking space by himself. Elier delivered the car quickly and impressed me with not only his professionalism but his ability to back the car up between two cars, heck he was better at backing up a car on a wrecker than I am at driving a car. My husband's car broke down at a 7-Eleven just before 5pm, and while he was waiting for a tow truck…read moreorganized by our insurance, I came to pick him up. After about three hours of waiting and several phone calls, we attempted yet again to jump start the car with my vehicle. Michael and his colleague from A1 Towing Ops happened to stop by for gas and asked if we wanted to borrow their bigger cables to get the car charged quicker. After chatting with them a bit, they agreed it was likely the alternator and a tow was needed. Since the other company never showed, they agreed to tow the car to our house, about an hour away (and out of their way) at almost 9pm. When we got to our house, they brought the car all the way to the back of our long and narrow driveway. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and going out of their way to help us out at such an inconvenient hour. We were so thankful for them even offering to help us jump the car, and beyond grateful that they agreed to tow the car all the way back to our house. If you need a towing company, I highly recommend this team!
