Brad was the sub hired by our builder and we have had many problems with the job he did for them as well as a side job he did for us. We asked Brad ourselves and through our builder to meet with us and fix the jobs but he refuses. He doesn't answer email or texts. We have had to hire other electricians who have found lots of short cuts that were taken. One job for outside landscape lighting has never worked. We think we have been reasonable and straightforward with Brad and we have paid him thousands of dollars for what turns out to be shoddy work. Look elsewhere.

Tried to make an appt after hours via the app but it was a big hassle so I decided to wait and call…read morein the AM. I was then contacted by text by a robot masquerading as a human offering to help me make an appt. I stupidly made the appointment. What followed was tons of phone calls purporting to be from the business (the robot told me to ignore if I wanted to keep my appt., so I did). Finally they got through to me, explained that they are using AI (and not training it for the job) and so the appointment it made me, the price it quoted me, and all the info I gave it were not in their system. In addition, the appt was scheduled for a time that is not available and the price was incorrectly quoted. I had changed my schedule to accommodate the original appointment time and now this human wants me to change it all back cause they gave the call to a robot who gave me an appointment at a time not available? I spent over an hour trying to set up this appointment between the calls and texts and ended up cancelling. I just need a filter cleaned on a mini-split. Shouldn't be this hard. I don't do business with companies who are too lazy or too cheap to answer the phone but rather let robots incorrectly give out information to customers. Life is too short. There are plenty of plumbers around.
