Never call anyone else! Had a broken GFCI in the bathroom that needed replacing, and had some flickering houselights in our neighborhood - PG&E found a loose breaker in our panel that Britt investigated. Asked Britt on the fly about a plug that was an octopus of chargers and cords. She talked me through my fear of a fire hazard (low based on the amps in the room/to the plug, etc), and offered to upgrade it to a 4 plug outlet to provide greater flexibility. AND she installed plugs that are USB-a and USB-c capable. What a dream! Fast and easy and clean and just a great experience - like having a family member to call for your small electrical jobs. So happy doing business with this company! Initially, I hired a handyman off of Nextdoor for what seemed like a simple project. Replacing a few lightbulbs, one that had a burnt out fluorescent ballast. Several days, many hours and hundreds of dollars later not only was the one light not fixed but I lost all others that were functioning in my bathroom! After trying to save some money didn't work, I realized it was time for a professional. I am a 4-5 time repeat customer now and am once again beyond satisfied. Would you leave your house when your electrician is there doing services? Moreover, would you leave your teenage son and daughter at home during that time while you go to work? And trust the workers to close your gates so your dogs don't get out? I had a work conflict during the time they offered me, so instead of rescheduling, I let the office know of the conflict and they said "no problem!". So, about 30 min after Miles and Izzy came to install a new box/fixture on the side of our house and tie it into an existing circuit, I left for work and came home later to a clean, secure worksite and wonderful new lighting on our side yard. They are professional and reputable and responsible and truly wonderful human beings. My son-in-law, an electrical engineer, recommended Lady B Electric for a project at our house, and we are so grateful! First, I needed a dedicated circuit for a commercial size treadmill. When Britt came out to look, she worked out a plan to put in the 20 amp circuit for the treadmill, and to move our freezer off an overextended circuit. When the electricians came out, they were tidy, efficient, fast, and explained clearly what they were doing. They took extra effort in making the work look nice, as well as work well. I made an error in explaining the circuit loads, which required them to come back for additional work. When I explained the error, they came back the same day to fix it. When I installed my own solar panels, I needed an electrician to upgrade my panel for me. Lady B was not only the least expensive of my three quotes, but they also impressed me with their knowledge and ease of completion. Where do we begin? We are careful and thorough before we hire anyone for home repair or improvement. We searched for reviews and relied on word of mouth before we hired Lady B- a licensed electrician. We had plenty of electrical concerns around our 2 story house.
