New Comfort had quoted them $20,000 more than other companies in the area for a new furnace and air conditioner. When calling and speaking to the office manager I was told "We can sit and speculate all day about the quote but that's our price". My questions were never clearly answered and she gave vague answers and beat around the bush to say the least before she hung up the phone! I would never use this company if they were the only company in buisness!
