When calling and speaking to the office manager I was told "We can sit and speculate all day about the quote but that's our price". This was a very expensive surprise project. Bader was great, though. The employee was at my house for around 2 days rerouting all the pipes so they would fit up in the ceiling. Phenomenal work and was very pleasant. He came back to check on things after a few days to make any adjustments needed before the contractor put ceilings back up. · I needed a gas line ran to my kitchen as I was switching to gas from electric. Two men came to run gas line and were done within an hour. · Also, had half-bath toilet mounted because the new flooring required removal of the old one. · After renovation was complete, plumbers needed to come back in and hook up all the water for sink and dishwasher. Had a bit of an issue because parts were misplaced for garbage disposal and dishwasher in between all the subcontractors in and out of the house, but Bader ordered the parts needed and installed everything as soon as parts came in. All the specialists were professional and friendly. However, one guy in particular kept putting his dirty hands on my walls and white cabinets, but there's some things you overlook when everything else was great. I just cleaned up after he left. Bader seems to be a bit pricier than others in the area, but you get what you pay for - highly skilled workers that get the job done.
