Background: Came in with sharp knee pain when jumping or…read morerunning. I've had this pain for 5+ years. I've done continuous stretching and exercises I've learned online in order to try to stay active. Start of DynamX PT: Abigail did my evaluation and noticed I had weak posterior chain. Her and Dustin came up with a workout routine that I did both at physical therapy and at home. In my 3-month span I was able to go from barely able to jog with pain to one legged explosive jumping. It did take lots of work but with Dustin's dynamic workouts I was able to improve gradually over time. Thanks: Huge shout out to Fain for staying on top of my insurance company. Also, they kept telling to continue doing the exercises even though I told them I am felt pain (not muscle building). Luckily, I changed to a different Select PT and found another PT that diagnosed my main problem, which is keeping my knees from caving in.
