Alex's Personal Chef Service was a wonderful experience. I came across his information through the Internet thinking of a gift for my wife for a Mothers Day. I was fortunate that I had the luck of finding Chef Alex. He prepared such a wonderful lunch for us that we will always remember that day for the rest of our lives. If you have an event or special occasion that you haven't quit figured out the eating arrangements, give Chef Alex a call. Let him guide you to a memorable moment through your taste buds. I definitely will be using his services in the near future. Thank you for everything Chef Alex.

I had the pleasure of hiring Chef Alex for my husbands 30th birthday and I couldn't have made a better choice.

It was our first time and they made us feel extremely welcomed and invited. That's a HUGE green flag in my book. You want to be around people excited about their job and what they do. When I went to pick up my friend's kid, he was very excited for what he cooked. I got to try some of the pizza he made and honestly, the crust was better than a lot of the pizza joints out there and the crust I've made before. He's in the older class (pre teens and teens) and seemed to enjoy cooking with them. Afterwards, the front desk told us about the different classes and programs. We got the recipe for this week and past weeks so we can try them at home as some of the items caught my eye. He loved the class and will be going back. If your kid has an eye on cooking and wants to learn, I'd definitely sign them up here. It's always good to have some hands on help to ask questions and learn. Wish they had more classes and we missed out on sign ups for the summer. It's $40 a class or 4 weeks is $145 I believe. 90 minute classes. Since they already have the ingredients and everything, it's worth the price.

You only get to watch 2 chefs cook, and not really learn any new skills. Throughout our class I had the luxury or chopping 1/4 of an onion and tomato. Never was taught how to properly use a knife.

Everything was supposed to have been cut and prepared in advance at what Anthony said was his commercial grade kitchen in Redlands. Nothing was prepared at all. He had to use my kitchen for everything. Food service started over an hour and a half late. Poor quality ingredients, quiche pie crust being low grade store bought, which reflects everything else that was finally served. He ran out of food almost immediately. He was very unprofessional laughing and talking with others loudly in my kitchen while he was running so late with putting the food out. It was an awful experience for me and I would never use him again or recommend him under any circumstances. I could have done better myself and saved $8,000! And all this followed by ghosting me to even apologize. DO NOT USE THIS CATERER.

There is so much more. You learn to love yourself and others. No matter what part of the world we come from we are all the same. Food is one of the best ways to bring everyone together as one. I highly recommend this class for all. Harry is a genuine person, down to earth, and a funny guy. You will learn so much, enjoy some great food, and have great memories.
