I made an appointment and paid the $50 consultation fee to arrive and the business was closed. The owner Jade had just posted on her Instagram stories the day prior proving the account is active but now 5 days after this incident has not responded to any of my calls or messages regarding a refund. By the way, I find out later she posted 2 days AFTER I made my appointment she'd be on maternity leave starting on a date prior to appointment. She gave beautiful results, I absolutely loved it. when I went back the second time, I paid for a full injection but only received half (it was too early to receive a full injection) so I asked if I could save it for later on. She said yes but not too long because it will expire. By the time i was ready for another injection, I hit her up for the other half and she stated that it was already expired and I had to purchase it again. I mean that's kind of BS. I hate to write bad reviews but Jade botched PDO threads under eye.. how does that even happen?? According to Dr.Cheng in Blackhawk it's bc of poor technique. I went back twice after the threads left two white looking pimples under my eye-- Jade fibroblasts 12 dots the second time like it would actually fix it. When in fact the threads balled up on the ends and I look horrible. I have my wedding coming up and I'm so embarrassed of how the under looks. I hate taking pictures or doing content for my business. Jade might be good at other stuff but not the threads. Waste of money. Dr.Cheng told me to contact her and she should fix it instead of me paying more out of pocket. Has she gotten back to me?? I had a friend recommend this spa as a last minute stop before a wedding in Brazil and honestly I wish I would have just skipped. The front desk lady and the pregnant woman who does the injections quoted me 2 completely different prices for filler and after my consultation I paid over $800 more than expected because the injector did not tell me she was using another dose of filler. It was too late by the time I was going to check out to complain but here's the thing; while waiting in the lobby I hear someone calling in asking about filler pricing and this lady was offered a deal at almost HALF PRICE if what I paid per syringe. Apparently there was a deal going on and neither of the women there cared to mention to me during consultation. It's a cute place and the staff isn't unbearable, Just beware.
