Our family fostered to adopt a 2 yo male boxer who came to us with literally no history other than he was used for breeding and dropped off at the pound in Cali. About 2 weeks in, he started resource guarding over myself towards my daughter (11 yo). After researching I reached out to Brittni. She got back to us immediately and got us in within days! She worked around our schedules to ensure we were all involved in the training. She did absolutely amazing not only with him but did phenomenal with our daughter! Brittni helped them both gain confidence! The entire family has learned so much and can't wait to see how much more we all progress with her help. Brittni is absolutely amazing!!!!

    A good boy!

After our local training place closed we were looking for other options and committed to positive reinforcement training. Unfortunately a lot of trainers use aversives, especially with large strong dogs. We were so excited to find Julia, and after our meet & greet we were confident she was a good choice. Julia did a 2 week board & train with our dog while we were traveling, mainly focusing on leash skills and practicing calm behavior around exciting things. We noticed an immediate improvement, but have also been continuing to work on the training at home after our follow up. I'm happy to report that we are continuing to see improvement using Julia's methods.

The owners and employees of this company wear their hearts on their sleeves! They simply love dogs!…read more We left our senior dog with them for the first time last week and he just flourished. He was not only safe, bu t HAPPY there! They responded to my first check-in text within minutes, with a photo that warmed my heart. They continued to communicate (unsolicited) during his stay. When I picked him up, he had his exit bath, nails clipped, and a sweater they threw in because "he might get a chill out there because he's still damp." Over and above! I love this business model and the dedication of the women who own the business and employ others who obviously love the dogs. HIghest recommendation!

She had basic manners when I brought her there, which I did for socialization and to give myself a break from a demanding still puppy of about 2.5 years old. In the time she has been there she has come a long way. She loves her caretakers, and has several favorite playmates. She has calmed down significantly. They definitely know how to handle larger stubborn dogs without breaking their spirit. My dog is always excited when we drive there. As soon as the car turns onto South Tacoma Way she perks up and start whining and wiggling her bottom. If my dog was unhappy there I am sure that her reaction would be quite different. I hope that she can go there for many more years.

It's definitely cheaper than some spots, but they should charge even less due to the poor service…read moreand treatment they provide to the pups. My dog used to cry on the car ride there - he only gets excited now when we go to his new daycare. Don't think that's any coincidence. They're contained to a windowless warehouse space - *they do not take them outside at all*. So they just poop and pee on the hard cement all day. They randomly kicked our puppy out, mind you with no warning at all, due to his "behavior". When I dropped him off that day, they took him in and then the girl immediately told me she'd be giving him a bath because he just laid in another dogs pee. Like it was our fault.. maybe she should've cleaned up the mess sooner? Then I proceeded to watch her scream at the dogs. She seemed miserable (she was the only one working and there had to be at least 20 dogs in there). When we went to pick him up after we were notified he was kicked out, we thought he bit someone or something. Turns out their reasoning was he was just too rambunctious.. because he's a PUPPY. Why would they let a less than 1 year old puppy into their daycare to begin with if they didn't want to handle puppy energy?? Before leaving with him we asked if he'd gotten that bath and instead of answering the question, the manager/owner (I think her names Tabitha) just proceeded to talk badly about our dog. My partner said, "right you just told me you thought he was too much, I'm just asking if he was given a bath like we were told he'd be given." The owner replied "I'm not sure." She should not be allowed to operate this business. Ended up being a blessing in disguise because we found a new daycare - Kate is pricier than paws play but the dogs run around outside, and she seems like she loves what she does. She's also only said very nice things about our pup - "he's always so positive" for example. He's got high energy but he's a very good dog. Moral of the story, Kate's an angel and Tabitha sucks. Don't put yourself or your dog through this.

A great place, I have zero complaints. The staff is diligent, welcoming, and trust worthy.read more

We reached out to them and they said he puked once???? And she didn't tell us????? In that time he also got into the garbage that we have in the dog area. We had no idea that he actually ate the garbage as it was rummaged through." LIKE YOUR JOKING RIGHT? The messages the whole time were telling us they were okay & that they were having fun, and also what did she do for the other dogs that food got aten??? I know she didn't tell the other owners if she didn't tell us all of this. I have receipts for all of this I will attach. DO NOT GO TO HER. She won't protect yours babies like you do. I just think it's INSANE she decided not to tell us any of this until after the stay we find out from our dogs puke & have to ask her like my baby could've gotten out and ran away. I'm so mad rn but all I can do is protect the other fur babies from coming here. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! She repots my review every time I post it she's CRAZY DO NOT TRUST HER
