I have been going to Katie for quite a few years now. The thing I appreciate the most about Katie is the personal touch you get with her. She always keeps great records to reference what you have done in the past, she does excellent work and truly cares about how you feel! If you aren't happy with something, no matter how minor, Katie is more than happy to fix it. I also love the fact that when I want to do something crazy and Katie knows I will hate it, she can always make suggestions of something less dramatic or drastic and it always turns out perfect and I am relieved in the end that she knows me so well. Katie takes an interest in your life, family, etc. and whenever you go to her you feel like you are talking to an old friend. I have visited Katie for a variety of services; bleach, color, wax, styling and everything has always been great! Katie goes out of her way to make time for me with my difficult schedule and the one occasion something didn't turn out how I had hoped, she sacrificed her time with her children to stay super late and fix it instead of telling me to come back tomorrow. Katie has been doing my hair for about a year now, and every time had been nothing short of perfect!
